The truck box was not clean, but very usable. I would have appreciated a printed contract instead of taking a picture of the agents computer screen. The truck had damage on it, however it was stickered. That was not explained by the agent until I refused to document the damage to your agent. Overall, the rental went well. Scheduled a 9am pickup. Owner strolled in about 10 minutes late. I called local phone number or see where he was but no answer. I called U haul corporate and they had no other way to contact him. He finally showed up. Truck had enough fuel to go 140 miles. Hard to estimate fuel for refill prior to turning in. Suggested 2 hours to load or unload a 26 foot truck is not enough. The pick up location had three 5x8 trailers on site. The one that was assigned for our reservation had inoperable lights. We tried another 5x8 trailer that also had inoperable lights. Finally after insisting on checking the third trailer, the lights were operable. I feel this was a delay that was unnecessary. This independent dealer should have his U-Haul completely operable and ready for immediate use at all times. Also while the trailer tires were serviceable, they had very minimal tread depth, and the roll-up trailer door did not operate smoothly at times. The store owner would not give us a paper copy of our order/rental related paperwork for the trailer. I had to take a picture of the document with my phone of it, from his computer screen. While the dealer did take and submit the required trailer hookup photo to my vehicle, he only did this for the first trailer we tried, which we could use due to inoperable lights. No photo of the actual 5x8 trailer we used, was submitted to U-Haul. The trailer was used for a long distance haul from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania. While driving through Indiana one of the safety chains become disconnected from the trailer hitch. Fortunately no damages/injuries occurred. But I had to immediately pull over and try to fix the issue. Then I had to go to off I44 to a nearby U-Haul Corporate Store, were I was informed the chains weren't installed properly and the problem was corrected. When U-Haul equipment is needed in the Tulsa area, I advise not to use this establishment.Kevin C.

We stopped by this location 2 days prior to pick up to ask if a reservation was needed and was told no, plenty of availability. We arrived at opening, 9.00 am exactly. The clerk was not trained well, store was extremely dirty and NO A/C IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER. He could not set up our one-way rental without a reservation, had to make one on my phone (took less than 5 min), he was on the phone the entire time trying to get help, having to use his personal cell, had to re-enter personal information in the reservation 2x, took over an hour to pick up a box trailer! This location needs to be closed and franchise needs to be revoked. Saw other people with same problem who got fed up and canceled and went elsewhere.Veronica W.

The employee tending this location was not informative about how things work. The shop was disgusting and had dust everywhere and no AC in Oklahoma 100Â° weather!! He lacked giving important information, and the cargo van I rented was 8 miles to Empty when I got in which is not normal. So I immediately walked back in to ask him if this was normal, and his reply was I had to fill it up to the picture he had me take of the estimated fuel projected for my trip off his computer screen. The information he gave me was incorrect from what the miles and gas had on the odometer when I entered the van, and he claimed it was filled before I took it when i returned it less than 2 hours later. Thank God I had to stop right after leaving to put gas in and kept the receipt because this man was fully trying to rip me off. Idk if it was because I was a single alone female or what, but this guy shouldn't be running a uhaul store. Beware!Deanna M.
The guy was rude, he lied about the gas tank level (truck showed a 1/4 tank and he emailed my contract at 5/16. The cab was absolutely filthy. A/C wouldn't flow thru the vent at all. There was extreme heat coming from the floor board that burnt my leg. Too many issues to list all of them here.Jason G.

Agent needs to keep accurate records. After noting that the trailer he was going to rent me was not working properly, he offered me another trailer. But he didn't update the order with the new equipment number. When I returned the trailer to the destination location, the equipment was checked in but it belonged to someone else. This resulted in a big hassle and three U-Haul employees and me wasted a a lot of time trying to sort it out. Some other customer got charged for four late days and I wonder if the equipment wasn't checked in properly. What a mess!ANDREW L.

You have to guess how many miles you are going use. Then you don't a refund of what you don't use. Hired mover helpers. Had friends show up to help load canceled them without any problems. Money refunded. Turned the truck in a day and 10 hours early. No refund from them!Tommie S.

The location itself doesn't look like much at first glance. Nevertheless, the customer service was incredible- friendly, polite, timely, professional, and accommodating. My reservations had several last minute changes, not even an issue for this team. The truck was out front, clean, gassed up, and ready to go before I got there and the multitude of changes were managed without a problem. I was impressed. I had reserved to pick up uhaul truck on Saturday 21, 2022 and I had received a call Friday 20,2022 at 4:40 PM asking if I still wanted my U-Haul and if so i needed to pick it up that night. So I had to leave Wichita before I needed to to make it back to pick up truck. In turn that made me have to drop off the truck a day earlier than planed had to drop truck off on Sunday the 22, 2022 instead of on Monday 23,2022 like I had planned on.Alfred B.

It was crowded and the owner left around the time we told him we'd have the trailer back. However, the really bad part of the experience was due to Uhaul, not the rental location. We couldn't turn in the trailer on the mobile site because it was messed up. Couldn't get through when trying to call to get help. It was super frustratingâ€¦ finally someone on the chat was able to help us. With the trailer not having any theft protection devices, I was very worried someone would steal the trailer we'd just returned before anyone was able to confirm we had returned it.Chandra G.

There was no attendant, with an illegible note on the door. There was no parking or maneuvering space as there were upwards of 20 trucks and trailers parked in a small area, including in a mud and grass area surrounding the shop. We waited 45+mins for an attendant to show up, before starting the auto return process, during which time other customers showed up to inquire about the attendant/shop. After the entire check in process was completed, with truck and trailer parked, as directed, and the keys left in dropbox, the attendant arrived as we were leaving, waving us to come back. He was extremely rude and yelling about all the trucks parked everywhere, as if they had anything to do with us. He then opened the lock box and made us move the truck and tried to get my parter to move another truck as well as un-hitching the trailers and moving the trucks again. At that point, I advised him that we were, and had been for some time, done with our drop-off, with no further obligation to him or u-haul, and that from a legal/insurance standpoint no longer able to drive/work as his agent. When he replied that no, we weren't done, I decided to leave rather than continue any further discussion. Overall terrible experience.ROBERT S.
The uhaul was completely dirty. Ruined my mattress. Had to clean the back of the truck myself after I realized that it had gotten my mattress and other things all dirty andi didn't want to ruin anything else. The inside of the building has a horrendous and offensive odor. The dealer does not have a printer but depends on sending everything to a client's cell phone so nothing can be read by the client. Everything is very small print which is impossible to read on a cell phone. I presented my current automobile insurance card, and the dealer said it is not required and did not even look at my insurance. When I arrived home after the rental and printed off the contract I found the Dealer added on something called CDW for $10.00 without telling me. When I asked about it later he said U-haul REQUIRES him to add that insurance for all cargo vans. I asked where in the advertisement or contract it says that. He told me to contact U-haul directly. I contacted U-haul via live computer chat and was informed the CDW insurance is NOT required by U-haul but an option customers can purchase. Corporate U-haul refunded me CDW $10.00 charge that was forced on me by trickery and lies by this dealer. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR RENTAL I will rent from U-haul again, but never from this location.WILLIAM B.

The trucks at this location are not clean. The trucks are terrible, filthy, smelly, sticky, and dirty, etc. The transmission was slipping. The seat and dashboard was sticky, cup holder had trash in it. The store smelled like a dead animal; it is also filthy, there is caked on dirt everywhere. The store attendant was advised of the issues with the truck but he said he did not own the truck, U-Haul owns it. The attendant said he did not have the ability to email or print me a receipt I had to take a picture of the computer as my receipt. I want a full refund.MARCUS H.
