Honestly such a horrible experience. I rented out the vehicle a week in advance hoping it would save time because I had a tight window to move all my stuff. It took about 30 minutes to get the vehicle once we checked in upon arrival because it needed an agent to process it through the app. Even though we had done all this ahead of time. THEN the dolly I rented wasn’t there, so everyone helping me move pretty much threw out their backs loading. When we stopped the car, the wheel locked and we were unable to put the key back in the ignition so we had to call customer service again. There was high volume so that delayed us another 20 minutes. THEN we had to rent a dolly on our way because there was no way we were unloading without one. But we had to pay a second time for the dolly we had ALREADY PAID FOR because it was a different location. Bull shit. This delayed our day another 30 minutes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I’m hoping we will at least get refunded for the second dolly rental when we return it. Our day was delayed so we had to pay our movers more, and honestly such a money pit. Horrible

Checking in online is a joke if i have to wait 15 minutes in the sun for a person to check me in elsewhere. At least a store would have A/C.

The on-line reservation and check out was a disaster!. I was to get the van at 8 pm for an early morning departure. I was not able to get it straight until 8am, which cost me a job worth $5000 because we were behind by 5 hours. I'll never do it again.

First time using the app for a rental. It didn't require an pre-rental inspection (photo) of the cargo area like it requires a walk-around for damage, but should. Took a little longer than I expected it would with the app, and there was a small glitch with the reservation (I was about a block away walking to the station and it didn't assign the equipment, requiring I make a phone call) but not bad.

Clean the vehicles and check tire pressure. Don't overcharge people like you did me. In fact I think this rental calls for a complaint to your licensing authorities. The truck said $19.95 a day (PLUS RELATED FEES) as did the website when I reserved it. Not only did it take nearly 1.25 hours to complete the rental and take it to a tire store to get air in the tires, but you charged me $89 PLUS fees for that privilege. This was a very poor effort on your part and I should only be changed the amount I was quoted, around $40 with fees and mileage, not the $126.26 you actually charged.

Customer service was horrible at this location. Would not recommend using this location to anyone. Truck was not there when we arrived at our reserved time. Employee was not helpful he just kept saying that it was not their fault. They finally called U Haul after us being there for 20 minutes and got the person who they had given the truck too to bring it back . We finally got the truck at 1:15 for a 12:00 reservation. When we returned the truck the next day the Manger at this location told us that we would be charged for another day because we kept the truck passed 12pm . I had to explain to her that we did not get the truck until 1:15. She in turn said well I have no control over that. U Haul worked it out and gave us a 50$ credit. We left the location frustrated and angry. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNACCEPTABLE !! This location is does not give U HAUL a good look.

While the van was very clean, it smelled like someone was hauling farm animals in it. (I used to work on a dairy farm, so I know the smell). I would suggest that they spray a good shot of room deodorizer before the van gets rented out to another person.
