Jeff HorneCustomer service was terrible... Stood around waited for the person behind the desk to acknowledge me. Appears slightly annoyed that he actually had to check the equipment out... And was even more annoy ed what he actually had to hook up the small trailer that I was renting. He expected me to understand and know how to hook up a trailer. And actually said, you don't know how to hook this up?. I've never been to a U-Haul place where that you all representative did not connect the trailer and instruct the customer to check the brake lights etc. All he did was hook it up with an attitude and then not even check to see if the lights were working on the trailer. Worst you all experience I've ever experienced and I use you all quite frequently. If he doesn't want to be in the U-Haul business then he shouldn't rent them from his location in my opinion.

Edwin GraukeI used the truck for 3 hours and only drove the truck 12 miles round trip to drop off furniture. on 2/10/2023. I looked at my receipt and was charged 40 miles and it shows I returned the truck on 2/11/2023 at 1157. I actually returned the truck on 2/10/2023. I will contact my attorney for fraud with U-Haul.

Nicole VoorheesThe drop off location didn’t ready have any space outside of their fence area to drop off the truck after hours. I was also charged extra for gas despite putting in the correct amount of gas prior to drop off.
James MartinFacilities should be equipped with essentials such as moving pads and dollies. Also, Uhaul rental staff should ensure that the customer has all materials purchased before departure. I paid for equipment that I didn't have upon leaving the location.

This is the first time i rent from a different location only because the original location inrent from didnt have the teuck i needed. At this location, Truck was muddy when I got it. I had to clean it before putting my nice furniture in. I also before renting I made reservations WITHOUT the extra 14.00 charge for insurance. I didn't need insurance! Why was it added to my bill?

Gregory RayHad to wait over an hour for the guybto show up for me to get the uhaul. He was rude and treated me like I was beneath him. Whe. I went to drop it off I checked the day before he said they open at 900. He finally showed up around 9:45 and again was rude.

Andrew Greenthe web site to drop off after hours was a nightmare to use. so I called and spent 55 mins waiting for someone to answer my call to no avail. terrible system, felt I had to go to the drop off site personally to insure the vehicle was registered as dropped off. lots of wasted time!!

James McNicholasI had to wait around a very long time until “The Uhaul guy” showed up. The trailer hitch was rusty but the guy hooked everything up and it all seemed good until the trailer decided to pop off on the interstate!! Thank God the chains held but what a nightmare. I had to pull over to the side of the interstate and get it all hooked back up praying that nobody would hit the back of the uhaul and smoosh me.
James LooneyFirst not change the pick up and drop off location. I was charged extra for over mileage because you changed my drop off and my pick up location. Having someone to open where your trucks are is another good thing to have. Waited over 1 and 1/2 hours to pick up truck.

This last time I paid for a dolly, was not not provided and owner told me I have to go find one, and pay for it then I’ll be reinbursed for one. And it’s still on my bill but I’ll be calling tomorrow. Service was not good either. Do Not recommend!!

For making me wait an hour for a call back to spend 15 minutes on hold. ***** *** uhaul. Plus your stupid *** cargo trailer ate up on must of my gas due to your ****** design. Its called aerodynamics learn how to build a trailer like the rest of the world.

SHAUN CROOKThe employee running the rentals showed up 30 minutes late because he "went to get breakfast" He knew I would be there to pick up a truck at 9 am. I showed up at 9:01 and he was already gone, showing a lack of respect for the customer's time. Get breakfast before you get to work or bring breakfast to work like any responsible adult/employee.
ANTHONY LIDERIs that I rented out your equipment at 11:25 and told the system that I would have it back by 400 that same day, but wasn't able to bring it back until the next day around 930 am. And was charge for 2 days instead of one when I didn't have the equipment for a full 24 hours. The employee explain to me that he wasn't able to anything about it because thats was the way it was set up in the system. It would be good if I rent out your equipment for a specific price what is the time I need to have it back before its consider a second payment reguardless of what time I think I can have it back.
