We were cussed out from the person we dealt with at this location!! He was short with me on the phone and it escalated from there. My opinion, he needs to be fired!! I hope to talk with someone in person about our experience.

I called about the trailer light hook-up, was given the wrong information. Had to buy a connector, which was okay, except I could have done that had I received the correct information about it. I asked if I needed a round adapter for the 4 pin on the trailer. Was told no, they were all converted to round connectors, which was wrong.

I have 2 facilities .... 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Facilities are excellent !! Area is clean, easy to access but completely secured. The indoor storage is cool inside and I feel my items are well kept.

Horrible experience, but the staff was nice. Due to a computer processing issue of truck, car tow and tax exemption, I waited two hours at U-Haul. I was traveling to a meeting where I was the guest of honor. Because of U-haul's delay, I was 30 minutes late and had to attend wearing the clothes I packed and traveled in. I was offered no financial discount for the inconvenience. The location was fine. U-Haul provided an almost worst case scenario for me.

I reserve a tow dolly a week in a day be fore I was to pickup they call to report they did not have one; They check and told me they could not find one in 70 miles of Oklahoma city Ok. I check with go U haul and they located one about 1/4 mi from the original location..

The early hours pickup was a disaster. I didn't receive the correct info to get the keys & had to wait until an employee got to the facility. In the future, I will make sure the place is actually open when I need my truck

The truck that I was renting did not have a very good A/C. Even after a 30 min drive it never even started to cool down. Check that out before you leave. It was no fun for my move. :(

Do not use the online u-haul site to reserve a unit. The rental place has to enter all of the information. It took at least 20 minutes for the u-haul person to enter my information.

Tinker storage was great, however this was the third store we had to go to to return the truck. I first place was no longer in business and the second place said they did not have room for the small truck. We went over mileage by 5 miles not a big deal but would not have happened if either of the first places would have accepted the truck. Thank you. Again tinker storage was great and helpful.

Person running the desk should know how rates are calculated. Also, if someone is using the trailer for only 2 days, they should only be charged for 2 days, it shouldn't be calculated by your supply and demand theory.

Well when we arrived the clerk instructed my boys to pull the truck in back and get the car trailer. There was no one in back to help. They had problems getting in on the ball and when we tried to load the car the front of the hitch came off and almost hurt both of them. The attendant did not help till after he got in his car and was leaving but noticed we had a problem. I don't believe it is policy for the customer to hitch up his own trailer with no assistance. Again, they both could have got hurt.
