Rude, short with responses. Made me take the trailer to a location on the far end of the property to detach the trailer and move in line with everything else. Then once I got back in the office she made me go get the moving blankets and then she was going to make me fold them. I already paid for everything else and moved across the country, cleaned it and brought it back. Customer service needs improvementZachariah B.

,when I got there they didn't have a truck for me,the manger checked and after twenty minutes found that the truck was at thrifty which only opens at 9AM.After filling everything out on line I finally got out of there about 9:30 and was told that they close at 12:30 so I would have to check out my self which I think is pretty bad.Although the woman there was nice she kept going on how she checked the truck in the night before on her own time which I really didn't care.Over all it wasn't a bad experence.nicholas G.

Check in process was a bit frustrating. Couldn't get into account, couldn't reset password m. Live chat was no help. Sat on hold for 10 mins waiting o talk to a service rep. When we FINALLY did, she was helpful and had to rest our rental time since we weee past the 15 window (due to log in difficulty). Once we're we're actually able to maneuver the online portal, the experience was good.Aaron H.

Nice location, however being on a major roadway a distance from any facilities.... it is extremely odd to not have a public bathroom. When people are loading and unloading all their possessions at the location, are they just supposed to take a number 2 in their shorts? One would think a woman run facility would make more sense, but somehow it made less.David D.

I returned the vehicle with the gas where it should have been and I was charged for the gas $22 and some change I don't agree with that and when I tried calling I got a 1-800 number and not someone at the office. When I went there they were closed and I have not had an opportunity to reach anyone or to go back up there. I did go over mileage by 2 miles I accept that however I should not have been charged for gas. So I am not likely to use U-Haul again when I have used U-Haul previously for other trips and moves. Maryann was awesome but the Uhaul experience was terrible. got a call only a few hours before my pick up telling me my trailer was not going to be available there were none anywhere for pick up. Maryann worked hard to with the customer bringing in a trailer to get it to me within a few hours.william S.

This location was not the original pick up location that I selected. I was not notified of the change until the day prior to pick up in single text message which I was not able to read since I was driving a long distance. When I was able to sign on to my account later in the evening it did not indicate this change. As a result, I drove many miles out of my way to the wrong location that I originally selected and then had to drive another distance to the changed location. The lady there tried to blame me by saying I had to read my emails but I never received an email indicating a change in pick up location. UHaul has to do a better job of notifying customers when they make significant changes to reservations made well in advance.James G.

One customer in the lobby at a time when it is boiling hot out and getting ready to rain is unacceptable. The mask mandate is over and no one was wearing masks anyways. There's no reason that the two other people that were waiting couldn't of waited and they're very large lobby. The trailer was clean however the ratcheting to secure the front wheels mechanisms on both sides were dry and very difficult to use. If you look online, their yelp and Google reviews pretty much parallel Ness and confirm that the customer service is consistently horrible. I will drive 20 minutes south to the other location I usually get my trailer at next time when this place is only five minutes away. If I wasn't such a pinch on Saturday to move that vehicle I would've canceled my reservation the way I was greeted and treated with in the first three minutes when I arrived.Matthew M.

Region manager John out of Fort Myers for some reason canceled our original reserved truck at another location that we had on Peachtree without any notification. Was on phone for over an hour because no one could figure out why it was canceled. That's why we ended at this location. Heard we weren't the only people he screwed. He needs to be fired!!!!Walter K.

Mary Anne was super kind and helpful. When I called to see about a time change to be reservations, no one indicated that I needed to anything for my pick out of the norm. When I arrived Mary Anne distanced herself and helped me. I was disappointed that the truck I rented was on a steep hill and when on the incline the gas tank showed full. When I pulled out, the gauge read differently. Way to squeeze a little extra from the customer U hail. Sneaky doesn't please me. When a customer arrives, their vehicle should be on flat ground with no trees covering the vehicle.Lisa L.

The customer service was dismal. They couldn't check me in on my reservation. They started a new reservation and charged me for a second time and increased the price. We'd been driving for 4 hours to get there and they refused to let me use the bathroom. I also had to go outside for them to call me to start the new reservation with my 8-month old overdue to eat. The location was great however the dispatch needs to stop switching locations on people. We drove three places the morning of our move because things were switched and no one knew where we were to pick up! I reserved over a month prior. That is bad business. We were completely stressed. Tried to call another local Uhaul dealer, call rolled over to National Call center. I was quoted a price of $20.95. Called Thrifty Storage, call answered by Janet who was wonderful. My only complaint was somehow during checkout ( all on line), an extra fee ( optional I'm sure) was added ( like towing insurance), and there was never a page displayed to review contract before closing. I would have caught that charge and removed it ( only used trailer 2 hours total), and didn't need EXTRA insurance. I will certainly use Thrifty Storage again, but will be more â€œ alertâ€Douglas V.
Truck was dirty inside the cab & in the box in the back. There was a window leak on molding drivers side left me with a 20 hour drive listening to the window whistle. Drivers side front tire had a clunk every bump I hit. Radio could barely get 2 stations in. Engine sound very loud from exhasut leak. Steering wheel was crooked. Was one of the worst trips I have ever been on. If I would of realized this truck was so bad I would of exchanged it for another. But I had it loaded up and was on a time crunch to drive from Florida to Michigan.SCOTT ALAN M.
Very strange interaction and added charges without consent. The lobby is locked and someone comes to the door and asks your name, then locks the door and calls you on the phone. The two ladies weee arguing about something in the background while I completed the license upload outside. The woman on the phone then told me my total being billed which was $10 higher than my reservation. When I questioned why she said I added the insurance. I specifically declined insurance on the reservation and have screen shots to prove it. When I told her to remove the insurance she said it's too late She already submitted it. Both ladies were rude, unhelpful, and adding insurance without my consent is shady and illegal. I will go to a corporate owned uhual location from now on, this place is bizarre and unethical. I submitted my complaint to uhual and still have not received a reply or refund for the insurance.ERIC N.
