Extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. Contacted me again to follow-up after I dropped off the uhaul trailer I had rented to let me know all was well and ensure I had my digital receipt.
Will DMy card was over charged $200 by the district manager and I didn't get my money back for 3 days, my rent was due. The women that runs the actual location Stevie is very kind and helpful, and I appreciated her very very much.

Donnie CTruck was clean, but the rear door needed to be repaired. It was difficult to open. The cable anchor on the passenger side of the door was coming off the door. The area of the door was rotted and the bolts holding the anchor in place were pulling through.

jason wVery junky. Ferrell cats all over the area. Truck was dirty and NO AIR CONDITIONER. It was dangerously hot during the 105 temperatures. And my final bill was crazy expensive. Very disappointed

Mark DThis was easily the best experience I’ve had with a U-Haul dealer, normally there is a wait and the paperwork takes forever but time was different. Stevie did a wonderful job of explaining everything, she was kind and courteous, her customer service was phenomenal! The truck ran great and was well maintained and the drop off process was quick and painless. Great job!

Kirk VThe mobile checkin was terrible there were so many steps to do before I could get the truck. Steps that some could have been completed before I arrived or even the day before would have been great. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for things to get reset to pick up the keys. Not a good experience at all.

John HWas unhappy with U-Haul online process as there were errors and communication was not very good; causing problems at pick-up. Agent had a very bad attitude about this and was not professional. Way too much drama. While very functional, truck was very uncomfortable for a long haul (~900 miles). We will re-think going to U-Haul first next rental.

TONYA MWas not told place was closed, and representative on the phone that I called was rude and unhelpful. Was told he would make a note of the conversation and that never occurred because Uhaul called me about where I dropped the trailer off. Poor customer service!!!

Brian HThe self pick up was very difficult. It should be as easy at putting in a code that you get at check out, but instead there is a multi step process that did not work for us. Also the truck was not full when we picked it up so we left it 3/4 full when we dropped it off and we were charged
Charlie WWhen I returned the truck and attempted to check it in, the app did not work properly. At the point where I took a picture of the fuel gage and mileage, the picture would not upload.
Joe KThe only problem I had was with the uhaul system, giving me the information to get the key. I was lucky the lady was still there, was not hands off as promised. She went above and beyond to get me my truck. I am not sure I will do the self service thing again but I will be back in a year when i move again.
