There were no problems. The reginal/district manager was very accommodating and helpful with our situation.
Dan CWas supposed to pick up at an open rental store in Hilsboro, IL. Got changed to a location in Raymond, IL that was not open, and had no cell service to use location services to pick up truck. Waited 25 minutes on hold before we could talk to anyone. Finally got lock box code, and my keys were not there. After much more waiting they finally allowed me keys to a different truck. Pick up time was 8:00am. I was there 10 minutes early and didn't get keys to truck until 9:00am when I had a full day of moving planned. This was an awful experience. I hope to never need your services again. Fix the way you do things.

Joe CIt doesn't take 150.00 to fill the tank to half. And you charged to fill it. And you waited 5 to charged my acct. Not happy at all. There was trash all over and there was no one there when I dropped it off at 9 am in the morning.
Kimberly CFix or get rid of the online checkin/check out. Very frustrating and I just gave up. Corporate/regional personnel need a severe amount of customer service training. Talked to 3 different ones and if I owned uhaul, they would be fired.
