Horrible place to drop off. Drop off at night, pitch black! Had ti walk everywhere just to find key box. Location is nowhere, so bad internet connection. Took me over 30 minutes to finish return online. Worst experience ever returning!

They did not fix my reservation after the lady on Watson screwed it up. They promised me the same rate and over charged and she delayed me and cancelled my reservation.
