This U-Haul location is the best I've rented from. I rented without a reservation. Manager was very pleasant and professional. Documents were reviewed and everything was in order. Equipment was as clean as new. I was in and out and save time by using this location. I would definitely recommend renting from this U-Haul location. Service is excellent.

Extremely helpful and gave us many options
Molly StellyService department needs either better knowledge or training to determine what is considered acceptable and safe for the customers safety and well being of the equipment. I was twice given a trailer not fit to use especially for a long highway drive. First trailer had has gash and and chunk of rubber cut out of side wall. Second trailer had a tire down to the wear indicator but had 3 new tires on the rest of it. Was told if I had an issue I could call roadside assistance.

I kept getting kicked off & had to start over several times from step 1. I don't know if your system needs updated or what but it took me a long time to get my truck & drop off which was very inconvenient. Other than that, the service was great

Gayla Harringtonperfect truck perfect location perfect price just be sure to let the next customer know that a 26 foot truck doesn't have 26 foot of floor space inside the truck - the small over cab section counts towards the 26 foot rental. The actual floor space is only 23 feet. This could have caused a major dilemna because I was picking up a putt putt golf course and thought I was getting 26 feet of actual floor space.
Paul DowdleThe process for picking up a truck after hours sucks. I sat there in the dark for an hour using 2 different phones plus has to call for instructions when it didn't work properly plus has to have my mom waiting there to make sure I could leave with the truck. It was very frustrating

Anna PitreWhen I made the reservation, only two drop off locations were available on line for selection. Both were way across town, but there was a uhaul location right by my house that wasn’t available to select. As I came into town, I called several locations in an effort to change the drop off location. Whenever I was able to reach a live person, which was rare, they would try to connect me to a person who could make the change but automated system kept hanging up on me after about five minutes. I d that multiple times. After about two hours, I finally got hold of someone who made the change for me. In summary. 1. Make all drop off locations viewable and selectable on line at time reservation is made. 2. Fix your automated phone system, have enough personnel to answer it, and get them to actually answer it. Thanks

The staff was always exceptional (Daysha rocks!) and the facility was convenient to get in and out of during open hours and after hours in the most secure way possible. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will certainly use them again if I have any storage needs.
