When I made the reservation, only two drop off locations were available on line for selection. Both were way across town, but there was a uhaul location right by my house that wasn't available to select. As I came into town, I called several locations in an effort to change the drop off location. Whenever I was able to reach a live person, which was rare, they would try to connect me to a person who could make the change but automated system kept hanging up on me after about five minutes. I d that multiple times. After about two hours, I finally got hold of someone who made the change for me. In summary. 1. Make all drop off locations viewable and selectable on line at time reservation is made. 2. Fix your automated phone system, have enough personnel to answer it, and get them to actually answer it. Personnel should be friendly. This lady didn't want to take the u-haul at this location. This job requires a person that will get up, not just sit down all day. People want their refund and she have them waiting until she gets ready to do her job.angela P.

For pick up and drop off I had several issues with the app. I was unable to go during store hours which is why I chose Uhaul because of the app and 24/7 option. With full service, the app would disconnect, delete data, not enable editing, and be unclear whether data (i.e. photos and information) was saved correctly or at all. For lock instructions it stated to return lock behind trash can in front of store, however, walking the entire opened property, there was no dumpster/trash so the lock remained with the vehicle to the drop off location.Ronny O.

I did contact this location about stuff left inside of trailer and dirt we had to clean. She told me to throw it away or bring it to her to throw out. I wasn't pleased with that response to say the least.Angela B.
The lady except in the U-Haul was very nice and she understood my frustrations about the air condition not working. She told me exactly what to do to file a complaint. She said there was nothing they could do at their office to give me any kind of refund on the truck for the air conditioner not working. She did check out the truck from top to bottom there was no damage on it and she did check out the air conditioner and it was not working!if U-Haul does not take care of this issue and give me some sort of credit for having to drive in 96-degree weather plus humidity I will never rent from U-Haul again!Monica D.

It was not her fault. I was sent to pick up a truck at 3700 ambassador Caffery store and made reservation then had to drive to carencro when I am moving from Eunice to br. Had to put air in truck tire when gauge prompting as soon as I picked up truck and tire was low but lady states it was okay it would be fine. Could not turn air conditioner off but was broken or missingNoel P.

Daisha the office manager is rude and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. The day I received my uhaul confirmation text to call and confirm I was told " well we dont confirm till the afternoon. Now this was around 10 am. After another uhaul location confirming my reservation she called within 10 mins to confirm my reservation. She needs to be trained on customer service. As a training manager in the retail industry I would not allow the way she interacts with customers in any of my stores. No wonder they were only location with available trucksJohn T.

I would recommend that the agent walk around the vehicle with the customer, or advise the customer to do so, and then report back any scratches, etc, on the vehicle. There was a significant crack in the windshield that neither I nor the agent at the pickup office made a note of. The Drop Off Agent had to call the Pickup Agent to confirm we were not responsible for that crack. A few emails were sent to me clearing this up. This back and forth communication could have been avoided for everyone if a physical review had been completed. Gracias -Gayle G.
