All I was moving was a living room set, all with legs. no boxes or things that would have been on the bed of the truck. since it was not swept out and had a lot of dirt and debris in it. the cab had some sweatpants left under the middle seat and the floor mats could have been vacuumed. other than, the truck was in great condition. All the dents and scratches had been marked with location Plus stickers. it drove well. We ran into some traffic and was late picking it up in Madison, which the gentleman at the U-haul office called to confirm and said he understood and told me where the keys were going to be and how to pick up the truck. we took pictures before we drove off because no one was there. When we dropped off the truck we took pictures After we dropped off because no one was there.

Tilvana J.The truck was more than a quart low on oil. It was not running well so I checked it to see why it was making a ticking noise and was running rough. I called the office and was told they didn't have oil and if I put in a quart he couldn't reimburse me for the cost. I asked if I could swap it for another truck and was told no. I told him that it could damage the engine and it didn't matter he expected me to pay for the oil. I took it the next day and a different person was working. He checked the oil and added a quart and it still needed another half quart.

I called and the man there was very helpful, apologized that the truck wasn't where it was supposed to be and took me to it's location. He was very friendly and helpful when I returned the truck as well.

Mark A.The gentleman that helped us was great. No issues with the in and out process. After taking off with the truck I realized I'd been taken over by ants. A previous renter had spilled coffee or soda in the center console and ants were everywhere. Later, after putting boxes in the attic of the truck, we realized there were ants inside the truck box as well. Really sucked since we were moving our belongings into our brand new, clean house. We spent the next day or so killing ants (that had attached themselves to our boxes) on our new quartz countertops. Yuck! Additionally some selfish previous renter smoked in the truck. Each time the truck sat still in the heat, the interior wreaked of cigarettes. Maybe not an issue for some, but I've got asthma. Not a good mix!

He had many trucks options available. This will be my go to location if I need storage, boxes or another truck! Highly recommend!

Christopher L.I asked why there was a deposit non refundable, plus mileage and you still have to fill up upon return. If either the deposit or mileage cost is for wear and tear, then just use one or the other. It is entirely too expensive to use it on a short run and charge that much for 2 hrs, and say wear and tear.

LaTonya M. | Overall ExperienceThe staff is very rude and steal your property if you do not have insurance. My items was stored at this facility for almost 3 years without issues. I get a call recently from the rude individual that works at the front desk that says my lock is missing off of my unit. How, I haven't been there in almost 2 years and I'm the only one that has a key and has had the key since moving in. Then he goes on to say that he checks the locks twice daily and it was on the day before he left. He said he didn't see any forced entry at all. Then he sent pictures of what was inside the storage unit and all of my items are missing exceot a few miscellaneous things. I went down to the storage to check things out myself. The items that were left in the storage were neatly there so this was an inside job. What thieves you know is going to place things neatly and there was no forced entry, no shavings on the grounds no lock cut off the front gate. He said he usually cut the locks off if need be and that's exactly what I believe he did. He seen that I did not have insurance when he looked up my lease and took it upon himself or had someone else do it. He said the owner will look back on the cameras. I spoke with the owner and he said the cameras don't cover my unit....how ironic lol but I tell you what this is not going away. I have spoken with my lawyer and WE ARE TAKING ACTION!!! The owner may have been in on it because he acts as if I'm lying and has no concerns to try to figure out what's going on and how to resolve the issue. I will also be contacting the BBB and WTVN. I can not wait until this unfolds. You can not steal ones property that is not yours and think you can get away with it and have no consequences behind your actions. Like I was advised you don't need cameras to just see my unit you check all cameras for people coming in and out! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!! Your items are not safe here and no one cares. Store your belongings somewhere else!!!!

I do hope that whomever acquires those items understand that everything there was purchased with blood sweat and tears. But things happen. Oh well.
