No improvement nessisary. Great staff and customer service
Richard OThe truck was clean. When the worker drove the truck over, the tire pressure warning light on the dash was illuminated. The worker just said to ignore it as the batteries in the tire system needed to be replaced. Being that I was driving 300 miles, I should have been offered a truck that didn't have a malfunction, especially for the tires as it would be nice to know if there really is a probelm.

GLENYS YThe gas tank was pretty much on empty
Aran FU-Haul had several problems & several maintenance issues. When brought to the locations attention - the guy responded and said “yeah this one does that” - the truck shakes, a/c smelled like someone shit in the vent, it would randomly down shift two gears and cause you to slam on breaks, wheels screeched. Experience was a 3/10 and the 3 points came from staff at location aside from guy at returning the vehicle. Disappointed a manager didn’t call me from U-Haul after I called and a staff member said they would escalate me to a manager. Terrible terrible experience

Pat CIt’s difficult to add or change anything online… Not so user friendly especially when you use Square 24 if an add to driver needs to be made. That was not easy but staff on site were super helpful.

LEE CRented a truck that supposedly had a full tank of gas. When I took possession of it, I noticed that the gas tank was approximately 35% full. I drove the vehicle only 8 miles, but had to put $90 worth of gas in it to return it full. I have fuel gauge photos and receipts to prove this.

BRYANT DThe gas gauge does not work correctly on the truck I rented. I was re-filling the tank and the gauge stuck at half a tank and would not indicate that it was getting more gas. I kept putting gas in and then the gauge, switched from half a tank to a full tank. I only was trying to get 3/4 of a tank in. So the faulty gauge made me pay extra $ for gas. Where does this extra gas go with these broken gas gauges?

Barnard BThe floor board was extremely dirty when when got the U-haul, which then turned into mud as we were moving in the rain. There was also a leak somewhere inside the roof of the U-haul so my couch got soaked in a couple areas as we moved it from point A to point B.
