Location was great, but U-Haul needs to update their app, website, text message system, because doing mobile pick up or mobile drop off is by far the more difficult way. Especially when the text messages start coming in 30+ minutes after the vehicle is supposed to be dropped off. Then the website tells you it’s going to charge you almost $50 because you can’t upload your own photo so it is assumed the vehicle is not as it was.

The online drop off system dropped offline when I tried to submit the information so was a waste of time and energy to try to use it.

The santa rosa ave location did not have our reserved truck ready due to not having a battery ready when it went out. we waited an hour and then canceled the truck and went else where. And as I was leaving the guy behind the counter said that's ok, we need the truck for other customers anyway. Very poor customer service.

Had a difficult time with the U Haul app , called the local dealer and they were able to find me via my telephone number , that was very helpful . I was in a hurry and the young lady behind the counter had me in and out very quickly , very much appreciated the proficiency of the dealer , keep up the good work

we covered the contents with sheets and all, good thing, as they got real dirty after our trip from CA to CO. went thru a little snow, no rain, but black stains were all over the sheets. hose out interior maybe? oh well, its a UHaul trailer.

They were kind and allowed me to leave the trailer, a day ahead of time and drop truck off when due. NOTE: I accidently overfilled gas tank, an after one call it appears my card will be refunded. I am very happy! M.A.R.

This location had two employees outside and checking in my equipment within 3 minutes of my arrival. I was able to drop both items and leave writhing 8 minutes! Excellent all around

I especially want to acknowledge the help I received from the mechanic at the Rental Place. He rewired a couple of the connections and kept our family on track to get to Portland on time. We couldn't have done it without him.

Terrible! Had to wait about over 1.5 hours to get uhaul to get a code to open the lockbox. No code available online as promised. Business assured me there would be no problem getting the equipment after they were closed. Numerous calls during the day to insure there was no problem picking up the rental followed by numerous calls trying to gain access to the lockbox and being re-routed to phones that didn’t answer. Called back several times with up to a 15 minute hold, then hanging up and having to call uhaul back. Over 1.5 hours later a representative suggested he cancel my rental and make a new reservation which then provided me a code to the lockbox. The rental was filthy and smelled of smoke. I was to load and drive to Arizona. All the while sitting outside the business. This put me way behind schedule. Other than the uhaul guy on the phone who helped me in the end, I cannot be reassured to use your business in the future or recommend it to others.

Your service PRIOR to this sight was the WORST I have ever experienced. The truck I had paid 50 to make sure I got it was not there. Then I was told that as a favor to me they would refund the 50 back? Sorry, but you were the one to break the contract. Then I had to travel out of town to get a smaller truck yet was not compensated in some fashion the lack of said truck. The person on the phone said sorry that's all I can. Basically, take it or leave it, I will never ever recommend your company again. Most likely you will let this go and move on to someone else and say oh well can't please them all the time. Unfortunately, we are not the only ones that had this issue. My family member had almost the same experience the following week with yet another truck. I had used U-Haul many times but after this experience never again.

This location is very convenient for our needs. Unfortunately, they are somewhat understaffed and don't seem very friendly per se. However, I was fortunate to obtain the vehicle I needed relative promptly and everything turned out well for my needs.

Truck was unacceptable Filthy Dead bugs all over windshield Over 100,000 miles I was driving over 500 miles alone at night. Truck broke down twice would not start I asked womeeyat desk if they clean trucks she said No They should Not be renting under U-Haul name. U-Haul has a reputation to uphold. I have been renting for 40 years all over USA All my bad experiences have been with subcontracted companies

I was erroneously charged for fuel and a fuel convenience fee totalling $61. I returned the truck at the same fuel level as I picked it up. I've sent an email to try and get resolution and have not received a response.

Outside of van was filthy. Inside smelled of cigarettes. Nothing was clean about this place. Not a “true” U-HAUL store. This is a generic rental store that happens to rent a few U-Haul trucks.

The truck was muddy inside the cabin, and they were having computer problems, which made checkout take longer. However, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good experience.
