Kenneth NWell it's a plus that this U-Haul is right around the corner from my house. But aside from that they are wonderful here. Always so nice and always asking me if I need help putting the trailer on my truck since I've had a lot of surgeries lately. So this is my preferred U-Haul location
Tiffany KNeeds better maintenance and upkeep; it was the poor quality of the vehicle and the lack of regular, thorough maintenance that caused ours to break down.

Kelly WThe owner called her U-Haul rep to ask about extra mileage. She was told since it was a one way trip it would only be .49 per mile over the allotted 143 miles when we returned the truck me were charged $1.00 per extra mile. I will be calling them first thing in the morning.

Troy QMy reservation on my app had The Printing Machine located at 507 E Main St in Liberty, SC, but when I called because I was unable to log in and get the information online, the U-Haul system had me at a different location. The rep was extremely helpful and got my reservation moved and then things went seamlessly until it was time to return the truck. The app was clunky and slow when attempting to take and submit all the pictures to turn in the truck. I finally gave up, took my own pictures as a CYA and dropped the key in the box. I don't believe this is a reflection on the location so much as the app itself. I do like that reserving and picking up online is an option, it just needs some tweaks. Additionally, I think there should be some way to verify information prior to pick up. Getting the authorization with a 3rd party added some time and that was annoying.
Jennifer JUsing the mobile pickup at this location was similar to tasks completed in the Amazing Race. There has got to be an easier way. The pickup of a rental car is so much easier.

judy NI was told it was $39.95 to rent the truck and I was not told about the hidden fees, such as the gas fee or insurance. I will never rent a u-haul truck again. You shouldn't have to pay nearly $200 to rent a truck for 22 hours.
Angel WPickup process was ridiculous with U-Haul itself. I called in to reserve it and gave my information etc. only to have to get there at 6pm and go through everything again online. Then had to wait forever to get it approved and for them to call someone to basically say can they use that person as a contact. I didn't get to leave with the U-Haul until 6:45pm. Waste of time and ridiculous protocol.
James SYour app takes a long time, is confusing if you don't read carefully and closely. The app pick up gives a lot of fees but don't under line then as important, it's more like a cliff note. I went over I'm my mileage by a couple miles. So you charge me a 20 dollar difference. And I gave a second card then the one I first used. You charge me the bill twice so a close to 90 dollar bill you charged me closer to 200. You need to rework your new app and fix it. You can't expect people to be at a location on time, the app take 30 minutes to complete and by then your late, that didn't happen to me but it could very easy do to poor design. The concept is great but you need a update before I would EVER do this again. Very irritating when you on a time crunch and you see you can get late fees after the fact. Need better system software and more communications on time delays and late fees. I would never use the app again unless fix. And I'm talking bad about it till then. I didn't like the process to the point of switching companies and next move. Once again fix issues I'll use you again but till then no.

Norman PThe trailer had the normal dings here and there and was a little dirty inside but good overall. The trailer tongue is a bit heavy for one person to lift it onto the ball. Having a tongue jack or the tongue sitting on blocks would be helpful.
Robert BThe only criticism I have is ease of mobile pick up and drop off. I understand there are certain things that have to be checked at pick up and return, however I feel that having multiple steps that are necessary should have a better flow instead of several different pages. Other than that I have no complaints

kevin mThese two ladies had our trailer unhooked and checked in in record time. There were friendly, efficient and will be who I will use locally if ever the need for a uhaul arises again. Highly recommend!
Jackie ELocation was fine. UHaul service itself was horrible. 25 minute wait to talk to someone about a reservation THEY messed up. Along with other problems. Will not use again.
