The whole experience was excellent! The van was clean and new- and fit more than I expected, drove smooth like a car. The staff was friendly and professional. It was great that I could park on site for the few hours rather than trying to find someone to drop me off and pick me up!! Highly recommend this place above all others.Peter D.

I clicked no preference for drop off location, but knew I had to deliver it to the fishers area to save some money, which was fine. The contract had changed the miles from 49 to 54 to accommodate the further return, which I was fine with. Then, some dead-beat calls me Monday morning and ask where I wanted to return it. Again, I said no preference, but knew it had to be fishers area. He selects a location. AND THEN AFTER I RETURN IT, YOU FUCKERS WANT TO CHARGE ME $1.44 FOR DRIVING OVER THE ALLOTTED MILAGE!? WHAT A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT. I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS DOING YOU A FAVOR BY DRIVING 7 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOUSE AND THROUGH CONSTRUCTION, JUST TO GRT CHARGED EXTRA. We could not reach anyone to help us. It was pitch black and we waited for thirty minutes in a deserted parking lot before driving away. We left the truck and the keys and continued to try to reach a representative to no avail. It was a horrible experience.Patrick P.

The drop off location changed from the originally reservation. I provided the new address when I picked up the trailer but he left it blank on the contract. When I went to drop off at the planned location, they did not want to take the equipment and told me that I needed to drive over an hour away to a different location.James S.
I would give The Mower Shop an excellent rating, but the mobile pickup option was terrible. The location I requested ended up changing (so a longer drive to pickup my vehicle), and when I arrived the process just took us through an endless loop. "Pick up my vehicle" to "Your reservation is already a 24/7 truck share - proceed to the next step", click "continue", and then end up back at "Pick up my vehicle". Called U-Haul but never got someone on the phone. Fortunately someone from The Mower Shop arrived and was able to help me get my vehicle. I was excited for the flexibility of the mobile option but very disappointed in how it was implemented. Would have to give that one star.JOHN P.
Location and people ok, but whole experience was awful. First truck at a different location tire was missing a sidewall. Had to go here, got double charged, have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money. Location further from my destination, so when I want over by a few miles, got charged.MATTHEW S.
