The truck that I rented had non-functioning signal lights and non-functional brake lights. The fuel tank was only 1/4 full, the manager told me that it was 3/4 full and that I needed to return it with a 3/4 full tank. This rental was a terrible experience.

Jill WI reserved a 9' van and got a call a little later saying that the person who currently had the van decided to now extend it for 4 more days so I was told I could have an 8' truck. I got another call a little later saying that the truck needed to be serviced so my options were to take a 15' truck or go to another location that was very far from my home. I appreciated that there were other options and they tried their best to get me something else, but I was guaranteed that 9' van according to the UHaul website and then it was taken from me and I had to get a very large truck for one piece of furniture I was picking up.

Jeffrey SDropped the trailer off after hours. There is essentially no where to leave the equipment. And the lot is so small you can’t drive around or turn around. You have to back out to the street with the trailer. Then once you can drop it, the parking lot is slopped so that the tongue of the trailer won’t touch the ground and it tries to roll away. We had to walk around the property and fine rocks to place under the wheels. Absolute nightmare.

gerard dNothing about the trailer was discussed, it was horrible not being able to see your vehicle in tow. Nothing was explained about hooking it up. It was already hooked up when picked up. It drove horribly, all over the road. I felt like I was bouncing back and fourth off the lines! Very bad experience with this truck pulling a vehicle and any opions or facts about it at all.
