Also I was never told if I would be reimbursed one day because I turned it in one day earlier than I rented it for it was a local rental. Thomas LOne tire was completely bald (no tread). When the tire was changed, the mechanic found that the hub was loose and not safe to drive. He felt the wheel would come off the trailer due to mechanical failure. There should have been a more thorough check of the equipment before being rented.
Paul WTim is so helpful and explains everything in detail. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area go to him, the personal touch he provides is so much better than the sterile computer based system. The last time I used the system NEVER again personal is better!!!! Tim is awesome
