They told me the girl was a little OVER half full. I pointed out to them it was actually a little UNDER half full. I returned it with half a tank. They charged me over $11 for two gallons of gas that I didn't need.

I had a reservation (23433457) for 8am Saturday and I showed up to pick up the truck and they were not open on Saturdays, I tried to call and got left a message for them to call back and nobody ever did. I had to go 10 miles extra to get a truck half the size and make 2 trips costing me more in mileage.

Initially I had reserved my rental through the Imperial location at 6645 Hwy 61/67. They failed to place the key in the lock box forcing me to drive even further to find a rental. I would NOT recommend the imperial location but the Tesson Ferry Location pulled through.

Not crazy about the ultimate change of location 45 minutes before pick up, like seriously, it would have changed my entire day if we would have known and it wasn't 2 miles difference from my original location as the customer service indicated

The employee was unsure how to hook up the trailer. He had to watch a you tube video to help us. When we dropped it off in Lawrence Kansas, the employee there said it was hooked up incorrectly. That scares me that it could've came undone while we were drivingZ

Not only was the truck not clean, I had reserved a dolly, furniture dolly, appliance dolly and moving blankets. The attendant let me know after I got there that she had none of those items. She tried calling U-Haul, but ultimately told me I should try the downtown location and fend for myself leaving all items on the contract. I got downtown and they only had an appliance dolly, but offered to clean the dirty truck for me. They really were terrific. Had I not been asked by UHaul to switch to the Tesson Ferry location for a guaranteed rental, the downtown location was my original location. All of this put me behind schedule on my move. I paid for a dolly, furniture dolly, and moving blankets that I never received.

I reserved my truck online. A few days before the move, I was informed that the 20' truck had to be picked up at a distant location, but date and time (8:00am) remained the same. When I arrived on the day of the reservation, I was told they did not have a 20' truck, but one "might" be returned by 10:00am. Since movers were scheduled well in advance of this move, I accepted the next largest truck and had to make two trips to move instead of one. In short, my bill for the move nearly tripled because I had to travel to a further location to get/return the truck, and had to make double the trips. Can't be trusted to comply with their own contract!

The customer service is friendly and helpful. The only con I would say would be not having the cup holder area cleaned out from previous customers, other than that it was an easy experience and very affordable

If you are not mechanically inclined or have the strength to pick up the trailer tongue, there is no help or guidance hitching the trailer. My experience was pay your money and good luck.

The jack on the front of the auto transport needs to be checked. Bearings are out on the jack so was really hard to crank down. Also the chains front and back need attention.

I ordered a dolly, it was not in the truck. the lady at the store had to call someone to make sure a truck was rented. I could have taken a copy of documents or confirmedvID prior to being there and having to call family members last minute. it was just an ok experience this time.

Location services for verifying location did not work, nor was there a barcode on the key box as promised. Had to go inside the location for both pick up and drop off, which is fine, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but it was very frustrating that the mobile pickup was faulty and did not work.

Have some knowledge, any clue about your procedure. I should have gone to a full service uhaul dealer not a gas station that rents uhaul on the side but that was the one uhaul recommended I go to. Very disappointed, I have rented many times and this was not my usual experience with uhaul.

The truck was clean but there was something wrong with the transmission. It seemed too be geared way too low. Whenever, I applied the brake, the transmission seemed to drop more than one gear.

This was not originally my pickup location according to the website, but when I arrived at Simko BP (the location the website told me) they said they didn't have anything under my name there. I got it situated, but once I went to the other U-Haul, the worker there served another person that walked in before me who supposedly had a reservation for the same truck. It turns out they didn' have a reservation, but it seems they were almost going to rent the truck I scheduled to rent about a month ago to someone who just showed up.

I reserved my one way truck rental 4 months in advance but no truck was available. Uhaul expected me to go 50 miles away to get a truck. I had to rent a much larger truck that cost me few hundred dollars more in fuel cost. Whats the point of a reservation if uhaul does not honor it. I was also charged over $1,000 dollars for a ubox that I did not request. After being on hold for over 30 minutes and on the phone over an hour uhaul admitted they dont know why it happened, there was no contract for the ubox just a charge to my credit card.but yet they did not refund my money...looks like uhaul is going to steal over $1,000 from me. I will never ever use uhaul again.

The inside of the truck was not clean in the cab or the back. They could have taken a blower and blown out all the dirt and debris in that back of the truck. The cab of the truck could have been wiped down to get rid of the sticky soda stuff, etc. Other than that, the person I talked with was very nice and responsive. I would rent from him again.

We rented a 5'x8' trailer to go to Gulf Shores for the week. When we picked it up, there was no walk around to check current condition. There were several holes in the trailer that my husband was able to patch with duct tape thankfully. I'm addition, the lights didn't work on the trailer. The only thing that worked on it is the left hand turn signal. Needless to say, we didn't feel very safe as we traveled through the night. We thought about getting a different one at our destination but it is in the contract that we would've been stuck with some pretty steep penalty charges if we did that. All I ask is that when equipment is being rented, make sure it's in workable, not necessarily perfect, condition.

My reservation was moved after I created the online reservation- apparently the 1st location went out of business my reservation was from 9am-5pm since they didn't open until 9. When it was moved to this location no one informed me my reservation was changed to 8am to 4pm so needless to say when I arrived to pick up at 9am and seas told I had to have truck back at 4:30 due to another party had it rented- very poor communication and very thick accent hard to understand.

Trailer had a hole in the floor. Also looks as if the trailer had at one point fliped on it side. Passenger side top corner of trailer and finder look to have slide marks from a roll over.
