The passenger front tire was under inflated, the tps warning on the dash showed. On my way to my destination I stopped at the rental place so the attendant can take care of it, he claimed that I should use my own money to take care of it. He claimed he has nothing to do with it, it's between me and U-Haul.

Payton MFirst of all the vehicle was not clean. The knob on the driver's side window was broken. This location tried to upcharge me with saying the fuel was not returned back to the same amount as when it was rented. I provided photos of the gas tank meter when I took the vehicle, as well as when I returned the vehicle. There is a serious language barrier with this location.

He gave me a quote but he didn't honor the quote and charged me an extra $70 on top of the original quote!! Literally ruined my day and I will never do business at that location ever again!

Could not understand second man who I had to wait on, did not go over contract, charged for gas after drop off, after I paid to put in truck before I could use. Awful location/service. I originally did not schedule to pick up at this location, scheduled 7 days in advance at another location and Uhaul changed it and I had an awful experience do to that, among other issues. Never ever use this location again and advise others not to either. Also do not appreciate Uhaul ripping me off on fuel cost. Completely dissatisfied with Uhaul all together.

The owner of the store tried to help the best they could and this isn't a fault on them, but on Uhaul for allowing me to pay for things unavailable at this location.

It took me over an hour to pick up a trailer and I was forced to buy a $100 hitch because Your trailers do not fit 2 inch balls! According to the web site they fit 2 inch and 1 7/8 so either I was purposely ripped off or the guy does not know how to hook up a trailer. I I did not request to pick up at this location and was sent here by U-haul so beware of picking at stores that are not U-haul service centers.

Thomas WTruck was gross. We had to sweep the box part of the truck out. It was trash, cigarettes and crack roaches in the box. Working with the person in the gas station was not pleasant at all his English was not good AT ALL therefore communication was off. I did all of the checkin online and his system did not recognize my check in a huge waste of time.

Jennifer CLanguage barrier, he did not give me the dolly and furniture pads I paid for, the gas level was written to be at 1/4 tank but was only at 1/8. He did not inspect the truck with me and I was already in tears when leaving due to stress of communicating with him so I didn't realize all of this until I got to the loading location. I came back and asked for the dolly but said nevermind on the pads as I was already loaded and ready to now unload. He was very difficult to deal with and they acted like I was trying to rip them off for 1/8 tank of gas and steal a $7 dolly. Never again.

No ONE knew I was there and that truck was rented and I had to get the equipment myself from behind the building and into my truck ( they are all VERY heavy and we found out the day after that I was pregnant so I should NOT HAVE EVER lifted that dolly .

SARAI TI did not want any extra fees , she ask for $162 and I thought it was high because of fees and junk crap that's unavoidable if she would have had a line item of charges shown to me I would have avoided the charge but she didn't want to show me the itemized ledger just ask me to sign for the 164 When I returned the truck , the rep said he doesn't check people out , I explained I don't want extra charges so check me out , he said I don't do that instead of arguing how stupid that sounds I go take video footage of the whole truck and they charge me a cleaning fee for a few pieces of lint in a 26 foot truck . This is so bad I bet he planted the lint in the picture . I got charge around $70 over what I should have been charged . From mileage to cleaning fee and trip protection.
Dawud AFirst, when picking up keys for reservations, they need to not shove Uhaul renters to the side and let 15+ other gas/convenient store customers get the attention. There were two other workers in the store. One at the counter and one in the back. One of the two should have dedicated themselves to helping with the Uhaul rentals if it's such a hassle. Second, They need to inspect their trucks more when received. The one I got had a missing catalytic converter. I was on a time crunch and did not have time to shop around for other trucks. So I left with the loud straight piped truck and called them along the way to inform them of the unbearable noise. Found out, by looking under, that the catalytic converter was missing. I called Uhaul customer service and notified them of the issue.
MANO SNOTE: U-HAUL 100% MESSED UP MY RESERVATION BY **CANCELLING** my reservation. My reservation was made on Monday, August 29th for a pickup on Thursday, September 1st. It took 2+ HOURS to get this straightened out with U-Haul and where I was renting the truck - even though the truck was sitting right there on their lot without a reservation. Therefore, we did NOT ARRIVE to my UNLOAD DESTINATION UNTIL 9:00 p.m.! The company contracted through U-Haul for the unload service (Ty @ Wolfpack Movers) was AMAZING! They went above and beyond what anyone could ever ask for. They came to my new residence at 9:30 p.m. and unloaded me! Now, of course, if you all hadn't CANCELED my truck reservation we would have been there about 7:00 p.m. maybe even earlier. Yes, I am very angry and upset with U-Haul. They kind of have you caught because there's not too many other companies out there that do what they do so they can get away with crap. Pick up location The store was not only a gas station, a gift store and many other things and it's like the U-Haul was the last part of what they cared about. I was not instructed in any way on anything of how to operate the truck, and being a female, that would have been nice. I've never gone to rent a U-Haul truck before and found for sale a black Wonder woman bong - Yes that's right bong - something that they used to smoke pot with! Just a weird vibe.
Tishsa WTried to explain to the gentleman that I was told on the phone they'd give us a courtesy extra day for the truck rental. He was rude and nodded like whatever. He charged us anyway. Causing me to call back in again. Spent hours on the phone between people. We had been told they'd make an exception and let us turn in later and not charge for it due to issues we'd had. Then 3 days later get another call asking where my car trailer is, he hadn't checked it in with my truck rental, yikes! It was definitely returned at the same time. It's been sitting at his gas station.
Darrell EIt took the clerk over 30 minutes to process my request and I was the only person in the store. Then when customers started coming in he had me wait. Then he asked for next of kin information. Once I got the contract and I go outside and the trailer doesn't have a ball mount. The clerk attempted to sell me one for $90. I will NEVER use this store again. Poor customer service and they didn't have what we needed.
Java CI advised the man that Uhaul had told me they were giving me courtesy extra time on my rental, I had spoke to them earlier in the day. He still charged me an extra days rental fee and it's been extremely hard getting all these extra fees off our account and customer service is not good a huge run around to say the least!

The original pick up place was changed, the second location did not have the required truck for one way transaction, sent me to another location, but did not make the required transfer in the system, the third location could not rent it to me because the second location did not know what they were doing. I had movers waiting around for 2 hour not doing anything because Uhaul didn't rent me the promised truck for 2 hours. Lost $150.00 worth of time payable to movers for sitting around waiting for the truck. The worst rental experience I have ever had in my 67 years of life. Filed a dispute and hoping Uhaul will adjust my bill to reflect, and refund the lost $150.00

David WThis location is a poor choice for the U haul brand. I had to hook up to three trailers before I found one with operating lights. No assistance from the employee hooking up because he was busy minding the store. His inability to communicate in English did not help matters either. Not rude but not friendly either.next time, I will use a different location.
Rex LIt took the man over 30 minutes to complete the rental and he kept stopping to put other customers in front of me. He wanted me to move equipment around to get to the one he wanted me to have and not do it himself and he didn't speak good English so I could barely understand what he needed from me. Then when I returned it at night before the time ran out before another 24-hour period started they put that I returned it the next day thus charging me more. Not to mention that I specifically asked for a dolly and was charged for a dolly but did not receive a dolly. I will not rent from them again.
LACEY BI was told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. However, the truck was parked on an incline and when I pulled onto the road, a flat surface, it was empty. I took a photo as proof to show the store owner. He had to credit me $19 for fuel. The inside of the truck was disgusting. The seatbelt was so dirty it left marks on my clothes. When I was finished with the truck I swept out the back and returned it. I told the gentleman I wanted to wait while he completed the transaction but he wouldn't allow it. When I got home, he had charged me a $25 cleaning fee. I went back to the store. He became very confrontational and aggressive and said I didn't clean the interior of the truck! I wasn't going to detail his truck! I sat in the seat! That is ALL! He said there was dirt on the dash! Of course there was, he had not cleaned the truck before I got in it! I tried to reason on with him and he only became more aggressive waving his hands in my face! He YELLED at me to "CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE" while waving his arms like a mad man! NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!! EVER!!!
Bonny MWhen I picked up the truck there were belongings from a previous user in the cab of the truck. The truck obviously hasn't been cleaned and it was infested with ants. I was bitten several times.
Danyel LI ordered a 26 ft truck and a 6x12 trail , they didn't not know what they were doing @ this location, I called them multiple time prior, to make sure the trailer was hooked up B/C as a female I did not know how the connect them. the employee handed me the keys and looked at me and said YOU have to hook the trailer up yourself!!!! ( which I don't know HOW to) There was a bi-standard who offered to help which then employee stood by and watch. well the gentleman help me he did not hook the trailer up right which was not his job but he try while the employee took picture and stood there watching. I proceed to drive off thinking everything was good to then find out that I was dragging the trailer and it went out of control and almost caused a hug accented but didn't. all this could have been prevented if employee was educated on the equipment they rent out and know how to hook them up. So this was the worst place EVER!!!

Gerry CI was moved from one location to another to another and on the day I was supposed to pick up the truck they moved me yet again. It was a total fiasco. The person that they sent me to spoke very poor English and he kept waiting on customers walking in after me and it took about 45 minutes to just check out the truck. Unacceptable since I had made a reservation in advance. I also had requested on my original reservation a 15 ft truck for $19.95 and ended up with a 20 ft truck at $29.95. The whole process was not good and I will probably never use or recommend any use U-Haul.
carol bThe location was an extremely busy small gas station and had only one employee. I was there for about 40 minutes because first he hardly understood the English Language and he will never finish my rental documents because the customers that where coming in inside the gas station will come first. He even never came out to give me the dolly that I rented with the truck. At the end I took the dolly out of the dolly location and left.
