Well on my recent Friday 4x8 enclosed trailer rental the trailer I was given looked to be damaged but was told it was ok... after driving away just a few moments the trailer began to shake violently and moved back and forth all over ... we had to drive extremely slow and not able to go faster than 25 mph... I was told this had been a one way drop off... i called them once i got stopped at the location we had to use this for...when I told them once I got back... the girl seemed to not care and uninterested.... once we drove back with trailer... I parked the trailer as far away as physically possible as I did not want anyone to get hurt in that death trap... I could not even disconnect it from the suv as the turn handle would not loosen... she did go and find me a pair of channelocks to loosen it... but no apology... no refund... nothing and Sunday when I had to rent another trailer to move a different item I spoke to the original guy who rented me that damaged trailer ... he has wondered why it was parked so far away... I hope no one else used that death trap on wheels
John L.Would be nice if you just had full tanks of gas to replace instead of trying to figure out how much to put in to replace what was used. Was charged for 3 gallons of gas when we did fill it back to a half tank

Rory D.Don't give credit and debit information before job is done. I was charged before workers even got to my house. They were 10 min late but the workers were kind. They charge you money that wasn't discussed and when I asked for invoice for what I was charged never received it. WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN NOR ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO TO THEM!!!!!!!😡

Scott S.My equipment was just sitting by the road and where it could be easily damaged by anyone. Upon returning my equipment I was charged a fee for tailgate being scratched. This definitely was not done during my time with it. Plus I paid extra for insurance.

Jacob H.I can't comment on how this location looked as I never made it inside. My experience with TA Auto started with a phone call earlier in the morning indicating that they were calling to confirm Deep off of the truck the following day by 9am as they have someone coming to get it. I explained to this person all that was wrong with the vehicle, how dirty, how banged up, how dilapidated and unsafe it felt when driving it and that I'd be bringing it early so hopefully they could do their clean up on it. I mean we are still in a pandemic. Covid, the flu and RSV are rampant right now. When I arrived later that day to drop off the truck I was met outside and the woman listened to all I had to say and walked around with me as I pointed out everything that wasn't documented. She checked that I had the half tank of gas they started me out with and that I didn't go over my mileage and that was it. No added fees for me and on to the next overpriced rental for someone else with a piece of crap truck that's not worth half the money. I was already stressed for a cross country move and this just added to it. I couldn't relax at all while traveling, couldn't hear anything around me and couldn't even listen to the radio because it had to be super loud because of the wind from the windows that WEREN'T rolled down.
