I was very unhappy with the service. The gentleman charged me $60.64 for for $29.95 truck. I only use less than 5 miles gas was where it was when I received it. I requested the 1995 truck the 10 inch he told me that the truck was already scheduled to go out, which was not true. I only used the truck for an hour. The 10 inch truck was still there when I came back. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a U-Haul. The gentleman tried to get over on me and I am not happy at all.

I asked for help to get trailer off hitch (not knowing how to unlock it) and he wouldn’t come out and help very rude
JENNIFER CThis location was a secondary drop off. After the original drop-off location REFUSED to accept the return, U-Haul costumer service worked with me to set up the return at this location. The people at this secondary location were pleasant to work with, and were happy to accept the return.

ALEXIS MTo whom this may concern, I feel that I was overcharged. The store attendant name Billy rushed our return process and didn't give me a chance to put the gas back before he'd already charged me for the gas through U-Haul; he told me that it was too late to put the gas back because he'd already submitted it. I got the truck on Saturday and turned it in this morning; it was told to me I'll be charged $29.99 a day plus the mileage. I used 54 miles; the mileage was 18636.6 showing 161 mi. to E when I got it and 18690.2 69 mi. to E when I was returning it and my total charge came out to be $222. I asked him how much was I being charged for the miles and gas he never answered he just rudely said that I need to pay or call U-haul. I replied I'll call U-haul I'm just trying to do my own math and I'll pay once I find out how much I'm being charged cause I didn't expect it to be so expensive and then he hurried and called my fiancé boss who referred us to him and told him that we were refusing to pay which is not true I was just trying to see how did it total up to be so expensive. I feel like the customer service wasn't professional and that my total shouldn't have been that expensive. Be blessed.

This is theft and my money needs to be returned to me ASAP if I do not have the over $275 that was stolen from me by uhaul in the next 24 hours I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

JEKIEREA NThis was the worst experience. First off, I was unable to do the check-in with my phone, so I had to go into the store and check in with the clerk. Well, I declined the insurance when I reserved the U-Haul as well as when I checked in however when I noticed my final statement, I seen the clerk still charged me for the insurance. That was an extra $30 that I did not have!!! Secondly, the truck was so dirty inside of the trailer that all of my furniture is now stained and has black smut all over it. So much for having a nice clean white couch. Third, the truck needs some serious maintenance. I had to cross a bridge and at one point thought the thing was going to drive into the wall of the bridge. It was so hard to steer the truck and was all over the road. You guys need to do some serious suspension work on your equipment. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. This was a horrible experience.
Amber OThis comment is not for this location, it is for UHaul's policy in general. I showed up about 30 minutes early to pick up my rental, and UHaul's software tried to charge me for ANOTHER WHOLE DAY!!! It also tried to rent me a dolly that I EXPLICITLY removed from the rental page when I submitted the rental online. This was not explained anywhere until I called UHaul to complain. UHaul's registration and check-in software will try to rip you off. ALWAYS verify EXACTLY what you are being charged for and for how long.

Ailee WMaybe just a one time thing but the truck was not clean inside and it was on empty of fuel. I did get a 32.50 fuel credit. The folks that manage the business were excellent and extremely kind. I would do business with them again.

Thomas GThey wasted 2 hr of my time was there to pick up at 530 and didn't leave till 730 made me late for work and I lost the job so I didn't even use the dolly so I brought it back the next morning and then they changed my reservation from 530 to 730 and put safe move on it when I said I didn't want it I think I should get a full refund which I was charged 150 for some reason and it should have only been less than 50 I have been a value customer for years but with this experience it has made me think to go with a different company
Billy BThe tire on the trailer blew out when I made it into Louisiana and the service guy had horrible customer service. The uhaul representative was very pleasant and gave us an extra day because it took the service guy two to three hours to get to us . We had been up over 28 hours without sleep and I was extremely exhausted.

EDWARD BI told to hook the trailer up by myself. I have a back back and made several attorney and was in successful. Found out when I got back and the trailer was loaded the trailer wasn't properly hooked to the ball. We had to unloads the trail and support it with brick. With several attempts we got it hooked up correctly. The lock was stuck on the inside.

JAMES GDespite having only 8,100 miles on the truck, it was not in good shape. At 65 miles/hour it shook so badly, I was afraid to drive it over 60 mph (NOT good on interstate). Gas was not at 1/2 tank as contract stated and despite returning at same level, I was charged additional $5.00 to get it to half tank. I was sent to Chickasaw to pick up the truck when a U-Haul center in Mobile had SEVERAL 10' trucks and was 20 miles closer to me.
