I have additional $70 charge seperate from my receipt and it doesn’t say why they’re charging me additional money, so maybe reach out to the customers and explain any charges or not take 2 days for a receipt

The dolly I paid to use wasn't inside the truck yet I still got charged for two days using one. Then I made sure the gas was filled back to where we started yet I still got charged another $180. Oh that's not even the messed up part the messed up part was they took the payment off my card without my permission. I always pay everything I owe but when I'm able to. Definitely wasn't expecting to spend $360. For two days.. so I definitely won't be using their services no more!

Quintala GrayAs far as the rental process and pick up, everything went smoothly. However, we ended up needing the uhaul longer. So my wife calls the super 8 to be courteous and let them know. The lady working the overnight shift had no proper training to know anything about the uhaul service. She was extrememly rude to my wife just for asking a couple questions. We could have not called at all so to have an employee there that acts like that is unacceptable. Secondly we get a call from a uhaul rep the next morning about the unreturned uhaul. We let her know when we’d have it back but she had an attitude, super unfriendly. Should never have employees that obviously hate their jobs and treat customers poorly. Would never recommend you call the super 8 after hours or deal with uhaul customer service. 0 stars.

Timothy KaylorPlease make sure your secondary Uhaul providers follow YOUR rules! I rented a van on October 10th for the 19.95, .69 a mile rate. Turns out I only needed it for 2 hours and drove 13 miles. Returned it, was NOT given any paperwork for my return, a $57 charge was put on my credit card, and come to find out I was charged INSURANCE without my consent!! Eleven dollars of insurance for 2 hrs!!! I returned the van at 1:15 pm, I got a text message later reminding me that the van needed to be back in 24 hrs! It still was not checked in hours after I returned it!! Pretty SHADY stuff!! Never again!!

Alex RosenbergerThe uhaul was very dirty, still had trash and belongings left over from a previous person. Front cab smelled horribly and had cigarette ashes in the floor board. Cup holders were caked with dirt and grime. Had to sweep out the truck before we even felt comfortable putting our belongings in it.

I skipped pulling that trailor because Uhaul wasted 2 hours of my valuable time haggling over what was quoted to me. After this $49 charge, going to the BBB still might happen. No Indian scum is going to rip me off.

Raymond NicolettiThere was glass in the truck. I cut myself on the glass cleaning it up the people at the equipment pick up location didn't see to care. When I mentioned it they didn't day anything. The truck was so bad out of alignment I had to drive under the speed limit. I felt like the truck was falling apart by far the worst experience with uhaul equipment ever!!!

Joanne RobertsI was told by the person at the front desk they would only be charging the difference between what had already been charged which was a difference of $30 (estimate) but she processed the entire bill of $211. 34. The money that was already credited on my account plus the difference. When I called she wouldn't even apologize. Simply transferred me. When dealing with the transfer they claimed she misinformed me but there was nothing they could do. I would just have to wait 4 days for it to credit back! BULLSHIT customer service and LIES! Thanks for overdrawn my bank account based off of lies
Wendy WatsonI did not receive the 2 dollys I reserved.. also let you know that I didn’t receive them when I was asked “did you receive dolly?” And I clicked NO twice. My truck was not picked up until 8:08 am.. and returned at 4:15pm. I was charged the full amount for my reservation (missing the $14 dollys) AND $15 for being 7 minutes late. Lesss than desirable experience 👎🏼
