There is a great need at this location for the small econoline- type van & pickup trucks. Most useful & efficient for local commerce. Including, but not limited to local moves, contractors & small businesses. Many people, including myself are burdened to having rent and use a bulky, inefficient truck for routine weekly tasks. As a result, we have been forced to use other companies for small van & pickup trucks. Otherwise, the equipment from U-haul is usually, adequately in very good, if not excellent condition. And, the rental Manager very helpful & Friendly.

Picking up the truck was a nightmare. I tried for almost half an hour to do the self check in and put my whole morning behind - including getting the money to pay my movers. The location service was not functioning and I know my phone was not at fault as I use this function all the time. I will never do the off hour pickup again and if the office is not open when I need a vehicle, I will use another company.

Brad WThe measurements for the trailer are NOT correct. Sticker and representative stated 5 foot width. I asked if that meant the inside dimension and was told yes. This is NOT correct. The inside is 4 inches less. Although my item fit, it left me with only 1/2 inch on each side risking damage to my golf cart. Measurements need to be ACCURATE.

WAYNE SWell the truck engine light was on. They left a note saying ok to use with engine light. Ash tray had ashes in it. I don't smoke. Other than those two things. Ok . Don't feel a truck with engine light on should be rented.

Deborah RChange the wiper blades…. It was raining/ snowing most the time I rented the vehicle and the streaky wipers made for hard visibility. Over all was an excellent experience for my first time use.

Aila MThe only issue o had is paying for the miles. I ordered from a location closer to my home. Then after my order is complete i end up having to pick up 20 miles away. I had to drive an extra 20 miles to get the truck and then 20 miles back. So i paid an extra 40 miles milage because they completed my order then sent me further.

First you moved my location to an hour away because you didn't have my truck but screwed up again and didn't have a truck at that location either. I had to drive an hour and a half after picking up the truck, then almost 2 hours to where I was going. This was terrible service and makes me reconsider using you in the future.
Michael OGet the location a trailer dolly so he can move trailers around. I had to help him move a car dolly by hand in order to make room for me to park the 6x12 trailer I was returning. Then we had to hand lift the trailer off the ball of my truck. Please get this gentleman the right equipment for the job before someone gets hurt.

Susan BI was given two different locations for pick up in my confirmation emails. When I called to figure that out, they gave me the one furthest away and totally out of my way. I asked for something closer and was given the location above. When I went looking for my confirmation email I couldn’t find one. It was sent to an old email, which hadn’t been used for any of these transactions. I was also never offered any of the protection plans either on the phone or in person. On the positive, the cargo van was a comfortable great ride!

Steven CMake sure if you're closed someone reaches out to your customers. Try to clean off the vehicles I got freezer burn on my fingers trying to clean off a 26' truck by myself, still can't feel two of them, when I called the lady told me she would give me the district managers number and never did. The movers I hired through their service were amazing though I definitely tipped them well for their amazing help.

I will be renting more often due to the ease, great service and reasonable prices. Only complaint is the standard dolly security strapped in place not requested took up floor space and I didn't want to move it to have to pay extra so my mower wouldn't fit. Strapped on wall would be a benefit. I will surely be back and might even get a hitch installed so I can't rent the trailers too. HARRY WThe only complaint I have is the price. Very expensive and no veterans discount offered. You'd think that a company founded by veterans moving would offer a veterans discount. I was told there wasn't even a discount for uhaul employees. Family should always come first.
