They were very rude, screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs stating, â€œWHY DO I KEEP CALLING, NO MAN WORKS THERE. I repeatedly asked her to please let me talk an explain that uhaul told me this was the location and I did business with a young, kind man. She was irate even further, THEN the young man walked in (that they claim didn't work there) and I heard him clearly tell both women he did rent a uhaul to us and that they just didn't have a dolly available. NOT to mention when we got it it was covered FULL with pallets and Sheetrock that my mother (almost 60) and my brother had to remove themselves AND the uhaul was on E!!! I wouldn't recommend this uhaul place to even my worse enemy, honestly! So disrespectful the women that work there. I also took photos of the gas , mileage and how filthy it was when I received it. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!Jacqueline L.

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. Reserved a rental at another locational originally, arrived and no one was at the location I waited over an hour on the phone with a rep only to get hung up on. The place looked abandoned and I was charged!!! Plus $100 extra deposit without any services rendered. I used the service to get the key without someone being present and was told I needed to go inside for a key. The place looked abandoned. Eventually a rep transferred me to another location (Belfort) more gas and time wasted with no one held accountable. I received a truck at the next location and it was dirty with stuff inside. I then was charged an extra $25 for whatever reason. When I attempted to drop off I saw 3 different drop off locations through my reservation, absolutely ridiculous, I then was charged a cleaning fee but I left the truck exactly how I received it! Dirty inside. And I was overcharged for 3 gallons of gas when I for sure put it back where it was suppose to be!! Terrible customer service. Never again, please do better I'm still awaiting my deposit refund!!!cody H.

AFTER BEING RUN FROM ONE U HAUL TO ANOTHER A FRIEND IS THE ONE THAT GOT ME TO THE PLACE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME . AFTER THAT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO CALL THE PEOPLE AT 1313 S LOOP IN HOUSTON ( WITH TRUCKS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND TELL ME NOTHING BUT U HAUL IS SHOUT DOWN WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE) BUT I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAINEDWIN J.
I was charged for equipment that I did not ask for I also requested to drop off at a different location my drop off location was changed at check in.so the one thing that could be improved is not charge a customer for something they did not ask for and do not change their location of drop off or pick up.Shamica B.

The phone persons at 1800go u haul are what is wrong listen to the complain I made on a recorded line to a worker on 12/04/19.My name is Darlene Rayford. Everything was wrong the 1st. Truck drop off did not have free month storage , no 10 x10 storage unit , I am stopping story to long to write ,listen to recording or call me at 337-263-3238 Thank youdarlene R.

Very nice staff & would't hesitate to work with them again; however, actual U-Haul supplies were few & far between. I had requested furniture pads, but none were available. The truck was fine mechanically, but really dirty. They need some TLC & help from U-Haul management. There is much potential for growth & service there, I believe. Really good people!!!Gene T.
Location of pick up was changed last minute so I went to the wrong uhaul location. Walked into establishment and wasnt acknowledged. Two women were in backroom and said nothing. Stood there for a moment while a salesman from outside was working with someone and after that was finished she came inside. Truck was next door in a muddy field and had left over styrofoam blocks in the truck.Purnima B.
The gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous and even offered me a ride home to my destination. However I preferred to walk home since it was such a beautiful day. Excellent customer service. Thanks.Linda B.

Where I picked up the trailer was great. Where I ordered/reserved it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First, I stood in a short line for 30 minutes. Then the proceeded to tell me I would probably have to go to a different location to get it. Then they sent me an email telling me I needed to come back the next day to have my hitch inspected. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO THAT WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION. I stood in line for 1 hour (short line again) but they kept taking people out of line, not those with on-line reservations, etc. RUDE! They also had, every day I drove by there 2 trailers sitting on the lot of the size I ordered. Then I get the notice that I needed to go to the location where I had to pick it up, miles away and in rush hour traffic. They had 2 but both were disabled. The "system" told them he had 4 and he has tried to tell them forever he does not. It did show my order location of having 4 that day!!!!!!!!!! He called and they never answered the phone. So, he took time at the pick up location to repair one of the trailers. He was an absolute angel. The other location? I'll never recommend them again! And I'll think twice about uHaul in general!David W.
