Charged a late fee because they are closed at 3 on a Monday. And the lady from the 1800 uhaul, did not tell use we had another place to call after calling her, to confirm drop off, We thought that's what we were doing with her.JONATHAN M.
Any time I need to transport my disabled motorcycle to this location for repair I have needed an expensive tow. Or I have needed to rent from another location. Having a truck with a ramp at this location is way more convenient, efficient and less costly.Grace P.

My only problem, was the self return app, it didn't work with my cell phone from Metro, although, my stepson's cell phone from Att, was able to use your app, still we both found it confusing and hard to use. We made a few mistakes because of the prompts, which seemed to not work properly, this could have been using his phone number verses mine. Otherwise , we were very happy with our experience, and friendly interaction with the rental company in Stuart Fl.Larry S.

The truck needs to be in better shape. The engine light was on, I was told that's been on for a long time. Engine needs a lot of work when you step on the gas it sounds like the engine or transmission is ready to go. Very rough ride.Carolyn Y.

The trailer I rented from uhaul had faulty wiring and caused issues with the electrical in my truck. The truck is currently in the shop being worked on after basically paying uhaul to fry the wiring. Thanks uhaul!!Tobin B.

Although it is a small location with few trucks, the one staff member did his best. However, he did not advise ahead of time that if the truck was brought back after hours that the gate could be opened and there was a key return box. Therefore, I felt I had to keep the truck until the next morning. When I returned it, he then pointed out I could have returned the night before. That said, I filled the gas tank and yet still was charged for an extra day. I would appreciate a refund or at least partial.Shelby P.

I accidentally left the uhaul hand truck dolley at my residence. I offered to return it the next day to a uhaul location by my but representative said i was only able to return to the same pickup location which was 90 minutes away and i was charged 75 extra dollars for the dolley i tried to return back to uhaulchris S.

Rented a car carrier trailer. It was clearly a very old unit. The wheel straps and ratchet tighteners were badly worn and difficult to use. I ended up using my own ratchet straps to help secure the car to the trailer. This was not the location's fault as the 2 other car carrier trailers they had were in equal or worse shape.
