Kim was the only person working at the time of my pick up, but she did an excellent job of juggling all her customers. I appreciate that she was kind, patient and knowledgeable in helping me secure the trailer to my trailer. It was a very smooth rental experience compared to August 2019 when I had trouble obtaining a 4X8 from Reno, NV to Greeley. I am so thankful that this was not as stressful as last time!Lisa F.

Service was amazing, person was very nice. Went above and beyond to assist us. Very confused how uhaul finds that equipment acceptable for use. On every surface, there's the â€œxâ€ sticker that signifies damage, the driver side rear tires are exposed in the mirror, when driving, it would not accelerate unless fully floored down. Aggressive speeds were not taken, but the truck would consistently fall 20mph under the limit if not flooring it every 30 seconds. Burned through fuel, and the steering wheel is so loose, it shook as we drove. Equipment inside was perfect, but dissapointed uhaul approves this as roadworthy.Christian S.
This location has become my favorite for renting uhaul's. Kim was very professional and helpful. You could tell from her interactions with the customers before me, that she is well loved by her regular customers. That goes to show how she treats folks. Definitely glad I chose this location. I guess the only thing that I really listen thrilled about is they seem very informal and when I return the truck they were on the phone and told me that they would check in the truck after they got off the phone. The next day I got called by U-Haul saying I never returned the truck and had to call back and explain what happened.Bryant M.

I can't remember the woman's name that helped us, but she was amazing, and went way above and beyond. She even stayed late for us so that we could get everything sorted out! She was patient and kind, and the whole experience is wonderful. I will absolutely recommend this facility in the future to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul or a storage shedJANE B.

Location was accommodating and helpful when my prepaid rental had to change from a one-way trip to another state to a strictly local rental.JOHN E.
The store was closed for the weekend the lock box was not working, I waste almost two hours trying to get the key. Fortunately The person that was on call was very helpful and made sure I get a truck. This rate has more to do with the store's inability to deal with this type of contingencies in a more effective and expedite way. Time is the most valuable commodity and I lost almost two hours of a very busy and stressful day.Roxana S.

I received a call the day before we picked the truck up saying they had no furniture pads. I also told them my son would be there at 8:30 AM (the time they open) and they said they were fine with that. My son showed up at 8:30 and no one from the location arrived until 9AM.jackson D.

This location is a close tie with Greyhound for the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The DMV has a better customer service experienc. The sign said they were open until 5:00. I was supposed to have it back at 4:00 PM on Thursday. I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late. I pulled in at 4:16 PM and they were closed. They made me come back in after I just spent the day moving and had me put $10 in gas. The lady flat out lied and said she was there until 5:00. She wasn't. They were closed. She charged me for two days when I called to let her know I was running a little behind. She told me that it would be fine. Then she charged me double because she left work an hour early. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go there again. That is some shady "business". I'm already struggling and for her to do that was heartless and dispicable. Online check in and check out are confusing and give you the wrong directions. I was told to look for one truck while given the key to another truck. Upon return i was told to drop the keys in the drip box before taking pictures of tbe odometer and fuel levels. I had to call customer service both times and wait on hold for an average of 45 mins.Veronica R.
I wouldnt recommend uhaul for moving because of the time on the phone w uhaul. When i called the location things were taken care of right away . But to call the uhaul number is pointless. I was waiting for an answer for over 10 minutes, then when they did answer, the call was lost. I was totally frustrated and i think it was a really bad ending to my first experience with uhaul. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone after this experience.Myron W.

Notify the customer ahead of their scheduled pickup if they aren't going to be able to pick it up outside of office hours even though they selected 24/7 truck share.Dawn S.
The cargo area had a lot dirt and stuff on the bottom, but the customer service when I picked it up more than made up for that. The truck is old and felt underpowered, but was worth it. I would recommend anyone to this facility!Matthew C.

Said no additional charges and guess what? additional charges! After the fact I spent an extra 25 bucks to fill the truck up instead of just how I received it. Good thing I took video of everything. The check in process online was a bit confusing. First screen asked for me to return the lock to the box and drop keys through drop box on front door, which I did. Subsequent screens needed pictures of the interior which was no longer possible without the keys.Jennifer S.

Location was fine. Online check in was a joke. Had to go in the store and then it took 45 minutes to get the vehicle checked out to me. Pretty sure I was overcharged but I was not in the mood to argue when returning it. Cost $100 for one trip and 4 hours of use...should have just gone to Home Depot.Courtney A.
