The gentleman that I bought the rental from the 888 number was so nice and the gentleman at the site when I turned it in was so nice. Unfortuantely no one told me that there was no night drop and no where to park at night to turn it in. SO NO! I would not recommend that location

I was charged for an additional 10 miles that would have been impossible for me to have traveled. The attendant would not give me the benefit of the doubt and was not helpful in finding a solution other than to maintain the overcharge and send me on my way. I experienced bad customer service.

I was charged over $64 dollars after I was screwed over by over $330 for the rental from the San Fernando Valley to San Miguel California. I had already overpaid you for this 10 foot truck and then charged again when I returned the truck (on time!). I don't appreciate your gauging me and I will never recommend you to anyone.

Make sure you have all the equipment you promised. I received a phone call to confirm my request, but once I arrived the attendant informed me the dolly I needed was not available. I was assured an email was sent, which I never received about the issue. But, why would your establishment call and confirm with me? Please do better.

Clark from the Van Nuys storage/uhaul location was very sweet, professional, and accommodating. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

super friendly customer service ! ... if this location had night drop it would be a truly Great u-haul location for sherman oaks, etc. Rodeo drive location would be a really good model for this location to emulate, - night lights, etc.

The guy we dealt with when we picked it up was friendly and quick but when we returned the truck our insurance was 4 times the amount they said it would be.

I was told when I reserved the truck from your call center that I could return it after hours. The rep at the location (main business is storage, not U-haul) said absolutely not. This caused me to incur an extra 18 miles in charges, for which I'd like to be compensated. Plus it was a major hassle and required me to find a safe place to park the truck over night. Generally, this location is not really interested in U-haul so I'm not sure why you'd be having them rep the company.

This comment reflects Uhaul, not the retail location. Uhaul: Do not changed e your customers reservations without their permission. I reserved a one way 20' van, it was confirmed via email, then cancelled without notification. I then received a confirmation for a 15' van. To compensate, I had to rent a trailer. I then had to load 2 different vehicles. This was a huge inconvenience and hassle.

My vehicle was not available when I arrived and there was no vehicle to replace it. At my own expense, I had to relocate to another uhaul provider where I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get my vehicle. I needed the vehicle for 4 hours and ended up with about 2 hours of rental time. The inside of the truck was stained and had a weird smell. The only redeeming thing about my rental was the friendly customer service. The two gentlemen working were friendly but incredibly slow. Very displeased with my overall renting experience .

It was a little difficult to find this place. We didn't realize it was a storage place and not a U-Haul place, but that was probably our fault for not paying enough attention. Still, a bigger sign would've helped a lot.

The single person managing both a storage facility is over tasked, forcing me to wait for both pickup and drop-off for unacceptably long periods. He lacks urgency and wastes customer time continuing on other work when his attention should be on the customer.

Get someone that likes his job and eager to help the customer out. He basically insinuated that I was lying over a few dollars for gas. Even showed him my bank account withdrawn to show him I had put gas in the truck. He did not believe me the gas tank on the truck was broken as per the other attendant told me when I picked the truck up. Why would I lie to save 3 or 4 dollars in gas. Holly Cow and right before Christmas! I will never go back to this Uhaul. Might never even use the company again! You are only as good as those you surround yourself with. He said he does not represent Uhaul and that he has nothing to do with the company then why would you let someone like that rent your trucks out!

I was in a real jam when I realized that the location I had originally chosen was much further from my house. I called them and they recommended this location and I ran there and they were amazing! They got me the truck I needed and I was in and out in 15 minutes! Everyone was so helpful and understanding and FAST! It was a fantastic experience during a stressful time. I am very grateful! Speed up the process

Only when I went to pick up the truck did I discover that I had to return it by 4.30 or wait till the next day - that I could not return it after hours NOR LEAVE MY CAR AT THE LOCATION AFTER HOURS (for liability reasons). While I understand the policy, I should have been informed when I made the reservation because this could have become a real problem.

The young man opened up late, had his food out on the counter. The young man also kept talking about the DRUG REHAB located in the front of the unit as if the location is not safe. I Only went to this location because my first choice of location which was the Sherman Oaks location on Hazeltine gave away my rental without notice. I WILL NOT USE NIETHER ONE of these locations EVER AGAIN THX TRACY not a fan!!!!!

Customer service was terrible. My husband waited almost an hour (we had a reservation) to get the truck. The person in charge said he "wasn't a Uhaul employee" and therefore didn't need to prioritize the uhaul rental. Instead, he first had to "do paperwork and return phone calls." Then a truck came for return, and he put them ahead of us.

Really sucks you can't drop off at night. Especially when the guys still there. I had to get a hotel which cost me $175 when he could have just taken the keys the night before at 7p or what ever it was.

Each employee was courteous to the extreme. This was a much better experience than the last one I had with the Hayvenhurst/Riverside Drive location. I'd fire them all and start over and get AAA towing out of the bungalow there. They butt into your business and are terribly rude. The location at StorCal is exemplary by contrast. Great guys!
