we attempted delivery closer to our hotel, your location said they would have to charge us extra. We drove to the original drop off location, they said they were full and we could not drop off so they instructed us to drive to another specific location...we did. Your employee unhooked the trailer and said i would need to go inside and 'checkout', i go inside, you have 1 employee (who as mad at the world) and about 25 people in line. He said i had to get in line...i said no...we went to a fourth location and were able to return the trailer. All of this took about 90 minutes....too much of a hassle.

I had to perform necessary repairs no brake lights. Possible vacuum leak on AC syste. I request a partial refund. Point inspection not performed properly for customer satisfaction. Totally unacceptable!!

Dropping off was easy, accidentally left a piece of art in the back and the gentlemen working made sure we didn't drive off without it. I severely underestimated the amount of gas that was needed to get it back to where I was but as I stated previously, I was charged for items I was told I would not be and only had ten dollars to put into the truck. Again, I will not be using uhual for any future moves, this experience as a whole was disappointing and I'm out money and had a poor experience. It's not even worth the struggle to reach out and contact and get my money back, seeing as it's been difficult from the start. If I could, compensation would be a nice way to make up for the issues at hand, but again it wouldn't be worth the trouble in a whole.

Very friendly staff that helped me quickly get my trailer rental all setup. Only improvement to note was that this location was out of stock of some moving supplies I would've liked to have purchased at that time. The staff mentioned that a shipment was arriving shortly, so it was likely a fluke.

We were very disappointed to go to our srorage and find our lock cut and our items stolen. This was our first time using a storage. We were told that they noticed our lock was cut but we were not notified about it. It is sad because if anybody ask about storage we cannot recommend.

Could you guys sweep the driveways with magnetic wheels to pick up loose screws and nails. Got them poke couple of holes in our tires

Very convenient and clean location. I used the app for drop off so I can't comment on the personnel. The parking area for the trucks is paved and clean, but it is a little tight to park the medium to large trucks.

The guy at the dropoff location had a family emergency he had to get to, and was in the process of having to close when I got there. He genuinely looked distraught, and I could tell it was not because he had another customer to take care of... He took the time to unload the trailer and make the dropoff procedure effortless on my part. I am amazed at the customer service of UHaul employees. I will recommend UHaul to everyone I know.

My preferred location had a lot of supplies and boxes and had several trucks and was really clean and well maintained. The locations I was sent to pick up the truck was small, dark, unkept, and they had no blankets (which I ordered) and did not have any supplies. All in all our move went very well and the equipment was good. Just not the the best location to pick/up or drop off trucks, especially when you have really nice facilities close to where we were.

I've spoken to numerous representatives on outstanding charges, in that it has been agreed they would be dropped, as my U-Haul broke down on me twice and caused me an extensive amount of issues. Please get an official representative to contact me to resolve this issue for the last time.

We had this truck signed up for the mobile pickup because we had family coming from out of town to help us move. We show up to get the truck and the app tells us it has not been set up for mobile pick up and we have to wait until storage USA opens. When I ask the guy what happened, once they opened, he said the night before “he was tired and wanted to go home” but he was setting it up then after 9am. Like excuse me?!?! I'm pregnant and moving houses I know all about tired but this is your JOB! We will be contacting uhaul about this.

They put a extra lock on storage door although there was no amount due. I travelled 1000 miles and came to pick up my stuff on a sunday, had to wait another day wasting my time and money for a hotel. Seek compensation for my inconvenience and wasting my time.

This place was fine, but it was far from us and not the place that we reserved. The place we reserved, Hutto Oil and Lube, was closed, and no one told us, and no one (not even the people at UHaul) could get in touch with them. It set us back 2 hours of precious moving time...
