I had a reservation for 730 am through Mobil check in. Truck wasn't ready. Had to wait until the place opened at 930. Also had moving blankets reserved, which were not available at the location. U-haul or this location should have never let me make a reservation if they aren't prepared to honor it or fulfill it. Terrible business practice. Not professional.

We dropped the truck off after hours. Apparently, there was an orange box available to drop the keys, but I couldn't find it. I called the next morning to let them know they could find the keys in the glove compartment.

Saturday morning was a disaster. Showed up at the location chosen on the website, and received in the automated text on time... waited in line for 45 minutes, and when I got to the counter, the service associate told me that they didn't have a truck for me, and that the reservation was directing him to a storage facility 20 miles away. When I called the storage facility the manager there told me to do everything on the app since they were closing at 2. What would have been 2 hours of work ended up being an all day thing as a result. Can't say I'm surprised... This seems to be the pattern at that Tamiami Trail location. Also, that website doesn't seem to accurately relay information internally, or to the customer.

Our truck was given away. We had to go to another location where they didn't have any equipment that we ordered. We still got charged for the equipment we never got. It had to be the most frustrating move in my life. I have to call again to try and get a credit for the equipment we never received. I would never use this company again.

Hard to find. Call 800 # for help and eventually had call dropped after 13 minutes on the phone. Once I found the person in the office argued with me that the truck is too big for the location. I didn't decide that it was on the contract. So he didn't help in checking it in and was very rude to me. This whole debacle had me miss my light. Very unhappy!

Your 1-800 U-Haul rep indicated this was a front counter location and it is not. It is an online 24/7 truck share. The app sucks and the checking process is lengthy. The app keeps crashing.

Not satisfied with all service up to rental agreement and after the fact. She didn't know how to release a rental. Had to call past clients and ask them if they used the truck before she could release to me. Took over an hour of my day to get the truck. added on more fees that I declined since I have my own insurance. Hence the bill doubled and I left messages with no response back. Horrible experience, will not go back to this location. And I would like help getting my bill corrected to the right amount

Original location was 2001 E. Tamiami Trail Naples Florida. This is a U-Haul dealership not a mom and pop place.They sent us to get truck at above listed address. No prior text or email indicating this was ever sent to me. Truck did not contain dolly or the 10 blankets we rented.Went back to dealer on Tamiami Trail and they said their computer said it was sent..Told me not their problem. Lousy customer relations in my book!! Even though they didn't have another to give us,courtesy would have gone a long way.

This was supposed to be a self pickup but I ended up having to wait for site manager for 2 hours to process the pickup. I received a text (not a call) from uhaul for the location and pickup time and there was no communication from uhaul that I am supposed to see a site manager till I got a call from the site manager complaining that I am late to the pickup. I ended up spending $50 on Uber to hurry up to meet the site manager just for the site manager to tell me that they went to the bank and I have to wait for them. Ended up picking up at 12PM instead of 10am. Uhaul technology and self pick up process is not reliables.

My original reservation was a disaster. I went to different location and supposedly when sent called the person supposed to be return the truck, they said they had renewed their contract for 2 more weeks. But Uhaul failed to put in the computer. So I got screwed. No truck to move office contents out of a commercial building after hours that night. My office unit was sold and closing the next day so I HAD to remove 5 hours worth of heavy stuff on elevators. Thank goodness, I was able to get a truck early the next morning. The building was not haps I was using there only elevator but I had no choice.

the location manager, Judy was very helpful. They do NOT have supplies there so I did not get my new uhaul blankets but was still charged for them! the uhaul key left in the lock box for the truck was the WRONG one!

so far noeone has asked how the truck preformed. on the last 750 miles of my 2000 trip the air conditioner stopped working and i called the 1800 number with a very long wait time when someone finely answered they told me that roadside service does not fix a/c and i would have to take it to a shop. i was not happy about that so i spent the night in a motel and got up and on the road very early since i was on a very tight schedule. miserable last 750 miles. i will be seeking some type of compensation.

Fire this Crack Hoe who lied to my face claiming that I was almost on Empty instead of a Quarter of a Tank. I took a picture and have the gas receipt which shows where and the time I filled up. I have stopped all payment until a supervisor calls me to discuss it and settles for what was agreed upon. Car was not ready when we got there. Had to wait an hour and a half. Tried contacting Uhaul to get a partial refund since site states guaranteed at time of contract or receive a 50 dollar credit. Transferred several times and never received assistance

I sent a VERY thorough email with pictures attached. The manager was aggressive and demeaning, only to give us a truck that had been broken into and was FILTHY. All dollys and furniture pads were missing that I had paid for. I want reimbursement for the entire experience. This was ridiculous and this location should be shut down. Judeline Philemon should not be in a client facing position with her angry and aggressive nature. Not one of us felt comfortable alone with her.

Very bad customer service at the location. There was an issue with renting the ubaul and the employee wouldn't help us and then left for the day, leaving us to call customer service for help. The location was very sketchy and unsafe for younger girls to be at by themselves. The car was still messy from the previous renters. The lady who we called did really help us and stayed on the line until we fixed the issue. Returning the uhaul was easy and simple. Would rent through this website again but would not rent at this specific location ever again.

The website advertises that this location does Truck share 24/7 but it does not. I had to wait for 30 minutes until it opened up to get my truck. Not a huge inconvenience for me but for someone who might have a bigger job to do, this would be unacceptable.

I went to pick up the truck retuned with the same gas level, put less than 7 miles, got charged $45.01, ( what I was supposed to) next day I get an extra charge of $64.83 and the following day I get charged $97.01 for not explanation, didnt dama he the rental, didn't put extra miles, returned it within 2h (I only need it to move a couch from A to B less then 3 miles from each other) and then I get all this suddenly charges, called twice soñpoke qith 2 different girls, explained the situation they told me that I was getting charged a deposit and that in 7 business days I'll get it back, it has been more than 15 business days and they don't answer my E-mails, calls are now +40min waiting time to get to someone. Not sure what to do next, what a horrible experience

The location is at the end of a dead end street, and it is very busy with commercial traffic. I was unable to drive all the way to the office and had to park and work. Then, the computer system was not working properly, and I had to wait 40 minutes for the issue to be resolved. When I returned the truck, no one was at the office. I called the number provided at the door and was told to leave the key in the drop box. This was at 2pm. I called back at 5pm to see if the truck had been checked it, and it hadn't. I had to call U-Haul the next day, and they contacted the office, and the truck was finally checked in.

I don't recommend this location. We rented a pick up truck for 7:30pm (mobile pick up), when we got there it turned out nobody was at the office. We wasted over an hour trying to call Uhaul support but they weren't very helpful either. They said to just rent a truck at another location but nothing was available for that day and a few next days. Only location that was available for the next day was this one so we took a risk as we didn't really have a choice. I made sure to pick up the truck before 5:30pm and it was fine but too much of a hassle for a "mobile rental pick up", the guy at the location filled out exactly the same documentations as I did when reserving a truck which took almost 40 minutes and we were renting a truck for 2 hours lol! Don't go there, especially after the office hours because you won't get your rental!

This place was terrible. They told me the manager quit and there was no one there to help. I had to speak to a regional manager and do everything myself on my phone. When i left i got the email that asked about condition and it said no pictures were available. Then the contract said gas was 3/8 and it was only 1/4. I called the regional manager but he never called me back. When i returned it the new manager was training but since i did the check out on my phone they said i had to do the return on my phone as well, which was a pain since i had to take pictures. Overall a pretty disappointing experience considering i rented AND had a hitch installed by u-haul this month.

*** Please thank Sue - who was a fill-in manager flying back to her home base in Virginia Beach. She was very accommodating and helped me get a rental for that day when the website said there were none available. She got on the phone with the regional manager Steve, who was also an incredible help and got everything squared away within minutes over the phone. PLEASE keep those employees around - great service from them both.

when I showed up for my vehicle I was told that the site had suspended uhaul operations and I couldn't get the vehicle. I had to go to another site who got uhaul management to call to get me the keys. needless to say, I will not recommend uhaul to others

My complain it what a total pain it was to do the contactless pick up / drop off. The point is for convenience but it was over an hour to deal with this, wait on confirmation; take all the pictures, log in, fill out information I had already given, etc. I would never do it this way again.

This is the second time I rent here and both times I have had to clean the vehicles were filthy. This last lime full of sand and dirt inside the cabin of the truck and the dash or seats have never been cleaned it was apparent from the amount of filth dust and spilled beverage stuck to the inside door panels. My wife and I had to sanitize the cabin with our own supplies asking you for a paper towels just so we could sit inside. We were pressed for time if not we would not have taken the vehicle in such unsanitary conditions.
