I used the app as requested by UHaul, I wasn't provided the original miles or fuel level. The truck was almost on E, so it was hard to determine where to refuel the truck. I drove the truck 67 miles and was charged over $70 for fuel surcharges. The customer service department claims I was supposed to receive where to refuel this truck, which I didn't receive, even though I used the APP. Apparently, I can always CALL, but it was Sunday and I was using the app that is supposed to manage everything electronically!

The manager was absolutely amazing! Such a sweet lady. Her daughter was having her first baby, and even then she went above and beyond for her customers. The check in needs to be fixed, it took so long to get everything approved and I ended up having to go inside so I could even get the help with the online approval part and for the key even though I set it for contactless pick up.

We had to drive 35 miles out of the way to get the truck. Would definitely look at other options before using Uhaul again

Roger ColeThe truck was dirty when we got into it. Their was random little children’s toys in the back. In the main cabin, the air conditioning didn’t work, there was a good wrapper left and a lighter. UHaul also changed my pick up and drop off locations and gave me more miles but what would have been nice was to cover the gas to fill it back up.
