DEMETRIO Sthere was NO place to park a returning haul truck, the location was closed (keep in mind this is mid-day on a Thursday. there was NO way to guarantee that the equipment i left in the rear enclosed portion of the truck was safe. there was NO way to contact a closed business, other than a third party vendor / answering service.
WARREN SJeff was truly amazing person and professional. He made me feel right at home and made sure to explain the policies and the added insurance as protection. This is definitely the U-Haul truck rental to go to whenever you need service,storage and a truck. Thank you and God Bless!! Sincerely, Charleston Draper

Micah EI use my rental for in town with a $250 deposit they kept the whole deposit and sent an $9 check do to in did not return my rental at it's out of town location poor customer service... didn't address my service as it was recommended...max my deposit out and I had to call 1 800 to refund my whole deposit due to poor customer service..smh... Insight I rented to go out of town I had change of plans I didn't leave my husband the reason for moving out of town I pick up and returned the haul same place same location even dropped it off early .I just did go out of town...I used about 50 miles in town give or take..but my refund was $9.. Real jerks...smh
Corlivia FLocation was Fine. The instructions in the app however were incomplete. It did not tell me What to do with the ride share lock. Cost me another 60 minutes on hold to get an answer
RICHARD HOnly 3 parking spaces available to drop off truck and they barely fit the 26' truck. The middle Spot was taken and we had to wait for that person to leave because the truck wouldn't fit in either spot next to the car. Once parked, we couldn't get a good pic of the front of the truck because we would have to back out to do that and if we backed out, the truck would be blocking traffic. It was just nit ideal for the 26' truck, but we got it done. Also, why is "not applicable" a response on this survey? I can't submit unless I click yes or no. It won't accept "not applicable"
Josh SThe location was great but did not have any of the additional supplies I needed so I had to make other arrangements - be aware this location does not have things like moving blankets, etc.

Angela GI had rented a 20' Uhaul Truck from uhaul.com and went to pick it up this morning. This contract was for a "Mobile Based Pickup" from Storage Sense located at 2220 Park Drive, Chattanooga, TN. 37421. When I arrived I could easily see the truck behind a locked fence and proceeded to follow another automobile into the facility. There were no keys available for the truck and I ended up calling Uhaul @ 833.399.0504 and was on the phone with Customer Service for 14 minutes. I explained my situation, clearly stated this was a mobile pickup and Storage Sense was not open until 9:00am. I was paying (4) movers @ the rate of $25.00 per hour so this was very costly not to be able to pick up the truck and drive it as the contract stated. Your Customer Service representative was very polite and professional and apologized for the Uhaul error. She also told me I would be credited for $50.00 for the mistake clearly caused by Uhaul. As of this evening I have not received the Credit and my bill still stands @ $92.81 as it was invoiced at 2:04PM today. Bottom line, Uhaul broke the contractual agreement and I would like the $50.00 credit immediately to the Debit card I used with the reservation. Frank BI am a 58 year old woman and I rented a dolly with my truck. They did not load it up for me and I could hardly get it in there. If there going to rent equipment then they should have it loaded when you get the rental.

James HThe guy wasn't pleasant and he was rude. I very disappointed about the charges that was charged to me. First of all you all charged me for fuel that I had already put the gas back into the vehicle. I sent pictures of the gas that was purchased. And another charge that was added. Then I was told I have to wait 3 days before I can talk to a manager about a charge that I wasn't aware of. I want ever do anymore business with uhaul ever again. This is how you treat your customers. I'm going to make sure that I let everyone know not to do business with uhaul.

Daniel CI was charged for 2 days when I picked up right at store close and returned before they opened. I was charged for pads tgat I was never hiven due to not in store inventory and now im charged fir not returning them. I have another charge of $47.13 with no explinations or notifications. I want these reversed.

Steven GReturned truck exactly on fuel gauge. Where truck was parked it was leaning heavy to one side. Guy couldn't check fuel gauge till next morning because uhaul system was down. Was charged extra for gas as it Was returned on same level

Deborah CThey never gave us a receipt when returning the vehicle and stated it would be on my email. We were overcharged on mileage by at least 50 miles and I cannot dispute because I was not smart enough to check prior to leaving the site. I tracked all of the mileage after and we were DEFINITELY taken for a ride. They also added a $15 charge for rental above the agreement made. So a local use, which we were led to believe would be about$100 was double that! This place is an absolute rip off.

Eric Bthey did not have a good grasp of the UHaul process of taking a photo of the customers ID and updating with Corporate. In addition, the app to upload the ID was not an easy process.
Scott DNeeded a light hand truck to move granddaughter into new dorm at college. It took about as long to rent the unit as it did to use it. Complicated process. I assume that if needed again, I would not have to go through the same process. Also, the rental was for 24 hours. Didn't need it for that long and business was closed when I returned it. There was no "secure" way to return the unit. My only option was to lift it over the security fence and the push it as much out of sight as possible. I took a photo showing my wrist watch on one side of fence and hand truck laying on other side of fence as proof of return and headed home, 3 and 1/2 hours away. Called next morning to confirm hand truck was safely returned.

I have gotten many uhals and I didn't use all of the miles I was given and didn't get offered a rembusmint or checked if I went over.

Darren MI hired moving help (labor) for our move via Uhaul. I paid for 3 movers. The movers were 2.5 hrs late (said they had been double booked). Also, it was a man with his 5 sons. Two of the sons seemed to be under legal working age. I would guess age 10 and 12. Another I could not tell but he was still younger than 18 for sure. I was surprised and concerned and feel that child labor laws would prohibit this. I would like to know unhaul has looked into this and made sure all relevant laws are being followed.

Anthony CMy order was to be at 8am on 8-4-18. On 8-3-18 I got a call telling me that the local office could not fulfill the order at 8am. Said they needed to change time til 8:30am. I showed up at 8:30am on 8-4-18 and no one was there to meet me. I called customer service and was told that I would receive fifty dollar credit. When the local employee finally showed up at 9 AM to complete my transaction they refused to honor the $50 credit and charged me the full price anyway as of today I still have not received the $50 credit I was told that I would receive for the inconvenience of the missed appointment
