Could not ask for better service-GREAT to work with. Paul has always been wonderful to deal with, and Cindy even jumped in and helped me get my vehicle when she wasn’t even supposed to be in due to Paul on vacation. What a great team!

Don CI had ONE (1) box in the back and was going to put it in a dumpster usually available near drop off locations. When I arrived, there was no 'real location' and was not a typical drop off location. That was fine except they charged me a $25 CLEAN UP FEE?!?! really? AND I PUT an EXTRA 1/2 tank of gas in it. I think the least you could have done is waived the $25 clean up fee. I have rented 8-10 times over the past 10-15 years. NEVER have been charged a clean up fee and if someone could please confirm I received my gas credit? Thank you

Jeff HIt would be nice to have a clean truck. It had dirt and mulch in it. Also the wrong dolly was in the truck.

Brad JStunned at how new the vehicle was and how quickly pickup went. Van itself was great and worked perfectly. The only downside for me personally…I had to return the van late evening (11:30pm) on a day when the rental location was closed. Online return and key drop box worked ok, but you need to know that as a petite female alone, in the dark, in an empty parking lot, being asked to stand there and take and upload multiple pictures of the vehicle…Not safe at all. I needed a quick drop return and it went on online much too long. Also, I get asking that we refill the gas tank to original fullness. Ok, except my return location was near 5 gas stations that are all closed and pumps turned off after 11pm. Charging a penalty price of $10+/ gallon is unnecessarily harsh and not aligned with car rental company practices. So I had to use even more gas because I had to drive further away from my drop off location to locate an open station. You could make this part so much more customer friendly and safer, especially when we’re dealing with off-hours.

Harvi BCall the customer a few days before the truck pickup date to verify day and time of pickup and scheduled subsequent drop off location and time. When folks are moving this one thing could reassure the parties since the website showed two different locations when attempting to book the truck. Conflict arises in such cases.
David UI was charged for 20 blankets for the furniture and did not receive the blankets - and was over charged for rental secondly the the men in the rental location were not friendly

JOSEPH MEven though this was my listed drop off location, I was charged a large fee of returning my truck to the wrong location. It makes no sense that I would have to drive across town to pick up my truck, but the next person doesn’t have to follow suit, even with me returning it early. The employee, Paul, at this location was very nice and helpful, but the large fee and disgusting truck were a terrible look on this company.
Ryan LYour website did not allow me to check-in via my phone. It started out fine, but wouldn't let me upload pics of my driver's license. Check-in had to be completed inside the store after all. And, upon returning the vehicle, your website wouldn't allow me to upload a pic of the odometer and fuel gauge. So, I just crossed my fingers & dropped the keys in the after hours box.
