ARTHUR SOverall we had a great and easy experince. However, the driver seat was not adjustable & I could Barely reach the pedals. Which is not good at all! Additionally, the car was not cleaned well. A little vacuuming goes a long way! Thank you always.

WALTER PStaff member stated the truck was full of gas when in fact, the needle was below the full mark. I filled the tank prior to returning the truck. Not a big deal but, thought it should be mentioned.

SHAKILA RLocation was unmanned, and it took me an hour speaking with a representative of U-Haul by the name of Tony, who was very condescending and not very nice. I was in the process of leaving the location when an agent showed up and got me the key for the truck. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and will never, recommend U-Haul to another person.

RANDY CI requested two dollies. Neither one was with the truck. The u-haul app is NOT user friendly at first. It's confusing trying to find the start of the pickup process. The WiFi at this location is not the best. Makes the app run slow.
Traci FSonya is a very hard working agent she has excellent customer service skills I work in customer service myself and it is hard to find great customer service I will always use this location anytime I need U-Haul to approve for the next customer she really needs some help it's a very busy location as she greeted its customer with a smile no matter how busy it was

Lisa SOnline renting was easy. Pick up was seamless and painless. She paid attention to details and noticed that i have ordered 2 dollies instead of 1. Store was upkept and clean. Drop off at the red box in front of their door very convenient. Thanks Uhaul!

Frank KFirst timer to this location. Service was great, and was able to be checked out in a timely fashion once truck was inspected and gas was checked. I will make this my # 1 stop for truck rentals.

Annette RThe truck was new and clean. I didn't get the dolly that I requested. Everyone kept saying the dolly's aren't guaranteed and the supply online is inaccurate. Then get a better system please. I was transferred FOUR times just to get my refund. IM NOT SURE WHY I NEEDED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO FOUR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND FOUR DIFFERENT REGIONS. I'm in Jacksonville area and they kept transferring me to ORLANDO AND ALABAMA. The whole system needs improvement. I was on the phone for more than an hour just to get a refund. This slowed down my moving process as well.
Saembyeol BI used a third party and the office was closed when I got there. I was 7 minutes early for my reservation. When I dropped off the truck. The office door was locked. I had to bang on the door to turn in the key
delena aThe reception staff was wonderful, but had tremendous difficulty with my reservation because everything has to be done on the phone and I had hoped to be able to just arrive at the office and check in. It was not their fault, they did everything they could to make my experience a good one. Sonia was on her third day and was still learning her position. The truck "check engine" light was on, so I assume it needs maintenance. As we started loading boxes, roaches crawled out from the walls of the truck. The office manager explained that these were palmetto bugs - very common here in Florida, but it was disheartening to take boxes off the truck at my new home and find I brought several into my garage with me.
BONNIE MI Made reservations for a small truck I walked to this location and walked back home in the rain to pick up and drop off truck I picked up and dropped off in the same location I was told by the lady at the location I could do that I didn't know about all this take pics and write down the mileage I am older and don't like this online bs what happen to real people to help you I had a long day had to wait over an hour to get my truck and then had a major issue dropping off this truck I will go to U-Haul myself next time no online stuff for me again

Ruben MThe location and staff at the location were great. The self checkin on the Uhaul App or Uhaul website is subpar and still needs work. Good thing the staff was at the location late to be able to check out the vehicle to me.
Anthony POnline check in was not clear, asked for us to go into a building that was locked. Picked up my truck an hour late after making some calls after talking to someone at a different location to be able to find access to a key. There were at least 2 other groups trying to get access to a key as well and ended up leaving without a truck. Spoke to woman on the phone that was very helpful in allowing us to get a key, but we had to try every lock box to find a key. I would not use this location again after having to wait in the cold for an hour with no instructions.
JOHN BI scheduled my move to pick up the vehicle at 9:00am. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door stating be back at 9:30am. Around 9:15am, Chris (manager would be my guess) showed up. I tapped on the door so he would see me and got a finger in the air to wait a minute-all ok so far. After about 5 minutes, he comes to the door and I tell him I have a 9:00 reservation. He bluntly stated "I don't know why U-Haul does that. I don't rent vehicles until 10:00am." I was dumbfounded. I asked if I had to wait 40 minutes until 10:00am and he said yes. I was stuck. My ride had left and I had to get the small move done so I waited while I watched him go to the each vehicle in the lot and use a leaf blower on them. Then, he moved them into different parking spots. I had rented a van and he never even went to it. At 10:00am, he gave me the key after I had to show him my driver's license along with my credit card. I had already uploaded my license and had provided my payment information when I checked in through the U-Haul app. Never was there "I'm sorry for your wait or confusion or inconvenience or anything. ". When I got the van, the seat's weren't filthy but also weren't clean. The dashboard kept flashing both rear tires needed air and the oil needed to be changed. One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. I will never do this again - ever.

Andrew RWe ordered a dolly and they put it in the wrong truck next to ours and we had none. That truck hadnt moved from the time we picked up and dropped off. There was no one to help us get one or even refund us if we wanted to. Then we found out the truck didn't have a ramp and weren't able to use it at all. And to top it off they charged us an extra $50 for no reason and I can't even view the receipt to know why. Horrible

Tammy HManager said he worked for Storage of America and that was his priority. Front door was locked while he had a storage customer in office, though sign said open. I tried several times to open door, he opened it to tell me he was with customer then relocked door till he was done. What doesn't he understand…. I AM a customer who had a reservation.He relocked the door again and made us wait outside till he was finished with that person. Upon returning truck he said he would check us out if we were done by 3:00. I returned truck at 2:00 , he made me wait till he finished his computer work(15min) to even acknowledge I needed to return truck . He made it clear I wasn't a customer just an annoyance!
