I had issues finally getting a pick-up location. We scheduled our pick-up at the Stage Road location, very convenient to our home, a week in advance. The day before our p/u, our location was changed to an inconvenient location. My wife dropped me off at work and I was going to have to UBER to the new location. On the p/u day, our location was changed yet again to a location further from my work. UBER would have been expensive, so my wife picked me up from work and took me to the new, 3rd, location. I don't understand why vehicles cannot be shuttled from one location to another within the same metropolitan area. After we finally received the truck, all went well.

Brandy at Storage Locker and Uhaul on Summer was very rude when returning the truck. Yes I was running late due to moving across town and picking up my things from 2 places moving into one but once arrived back at storage locker and uhaul on summer, brandy greeted me at the front door to get the key by first words “you are way late “ and I tried to explain the issue she took the key and said umm hmm and shut the door not a thank you not a how are you not a how was everything, she has no customer service. Will never go back there

Before I finally got a rental I was told there were two other rentals available after going from one city to the next...that was not a good experience...I started late and was still expected to return by 6pm...impossible...I tried my best

Maintain the trucks better, 27 foot truck with bad breaks. The lock on the back sprung back really fast and smash my finger! For trucks that big a back up camera would be a good safety precaution. The truck was filthy in the inside trash on the steep rail. The window crank handle fell off when we closed the door! It doesn't have a parking place where the customer can pull out a 27 foot + truck without having to turn around by the grace of God and not almost destroying the truck, building, gate and everything else in the vicinity.

I ordered a 20' truck, appliance dolly and pads one week prior to needing the vesicle. The main uhaul called the night before to confirm the location. The day of the rental the location called to explain that they didn't have the appliance dolly or 1/2 of the pads. The only option they gave me was to go to another location to get these items. I instead cancelled the pads and dolly. Why rent a week in advance if you can't have the equipment ready? I've used u-Haul a lot overt the years, but it may me time to look at other options.

Furniture dolly was unusable. When I tried to move it for the first time I noticed the rubber was broken off the wheel. I also needed a hand cart with a nylon strap. The call center agent said this location could rent one to me. When I arrived, there was nothing available. However, the Storage Locker employee was very nice.

I reserved 2 dozen furniture blankets and that's what was confirmed the day before pickup. At 2pm on pickup day, I received a phone call informing me that they could only find 18 of the 24 furniture blankets that I reserved. When the lady asked me if that was ok, I told her that I reserved what I needed or what was confirmed and she proceeded to tell me that the person who confirmed my reservation didn't even work in the store and could not promise me anything. I think it is very unprofessional to blame her not having enough to cover my reservation on the person who confirmed my reservation not even working at her store.

When a customer makes an early appointment for a pick up online 2 weeks in advance, and pays for it, don't call the day before that afternoon and say it's going to be later and at a different location.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating nice atmosphere. The location on Hwy 64 is closer to my house. However at the Hwy 64 location I was told to get online to get pricing and reserve. Very rude! Will always use Storage locker location.

Location was understaffed. Had to wait 45 minutes even though I had completed Express checkin in advance. Trailer Jack was broken... had to pay another customer $10 to help me move the trailer tongue because the girl behind the counter couldn't do it. Also, she had never dealt with Express check in before and didn't know how to access my info on her computer.

It was a horrible experience, I choose to use the mobile pick because I needed it before they opened, the lock box was another truck, not the one I was using, and a smaller trailer was hooked on to the truck that I didn't request, after about 45 minutes of someone telling me where key was and calling some to tell me how to get trailer off

the desk attendant on Saturday was SO nice and friendly.....she brought the hand truck out to my car and very kindly loaded it for me....I didn't tell her but I was so appreciative because I have rheumatoid arthritis.....likewise on Monday AM when I returned the equipment she was right there at the front desk, and her desk partner came out to my car and unloaded the hand truck for me......once again so appreciated by me with my arthritis...... this location was a bit out of my way, but because of these 2 very nice associates I will go out of my way to use this location again, and hope that I get her again at the front desk!....... she was A++++ customer service!!!! Not sure about recommending. The pick-up process DID NOT WORK as noted online or on the video. Also, I WAS BILLED TWICE for this trip. Please reimburse me whichever of the two amounts is incorrect.

I reserved one two days before I picked it up, the day before I picked it up, I was notified that the truck wasn't available where I wanted to pick it up, I'd have to go 3 mi further, but they didn't open till 10am. I was wanting to get it at 730am. Then when I returned it, I thought I picked a place close to where I was going, but no, I had to take the truck 18 miles outta my way in rush hr traffic . I passed 2 uhaul places on the way when I had dropped it off.

I tried returning my trailer after hours. The app could never find my contract number so I had to sit for an hour waiting for the place to open. The employee was 10 minutes late opening on top of that. The only reason I would recommend this location is because it was convenient for me at the time.

Had extra charges added that I did not ask for, somehow went from 133 to 189 on cost. Paper was taken off counter while I was reading it, I guess so I wouldn't see the additional charges added to it. Had to wait 20 minutes for somehow to get there to be able to get the truck. I have rented u haul in the past and never had a person dishonest quite like this. I won't ever rent from there again. I am in sales, and the easiest way for me to lose a customer is to try and slide additional charges in, which was done to me.

It was great customer service. What I didn't like was the fact we had to walk around a truck with paint peeling scratches and cracks all over the truck with an x marking the spots. I don't understand why you would charge for scratches when you have 1000 already that's never been repaired. The truck was old and the paint was peeling on it's own. I've rented many trucks and never had to walk around the truck to look for scratches. I felt like I was renting a brand new car. Unfortunately I will never recommend anyone to this place.
