I understand you people don’t care about the people that you rent to and you guys don’t explain your service that you are giving or give any opinion. Here I am thinking I’m paying for around trip that someone from your side told me and that I was only paying $40 a day if I was to keep it an another day. So thank you U-Haul for taking my money and giving my family the figure . I paid you all $463.22 for two days because you all failed to let me know that I will also be paying $1.00 per mile that I wasn’t told about but yes I understand that it’s on my contract but let’s be real how many people look at it. Yes I didn’t look over because I needed to move my family out of one house with in two to three days because of the time frame we had but that you U-Haul for taking food from my family I will make sure to give a real bad review to warn people about U-Haul!!!!!! Donna StrunkEverything went smooth. As long as you do everything your supposed to do to check in before you get there it was less than a ten minute process from walk in and drive off.
Joseph Riseki was not happy i had to download an app to my phone to do the process. I understand that is what is best for you, but it was not an easy process, and it was very frustrating. I have to call the uhaul company i dropped it off to because the app would not finish the drop of process, and when i went to go back in it stated i had no rentals.

Bryon BurkelThe UHaul app and virtual pickup experience were dreadful. It took over 45 minutes on the app to get to where I loaded in driver’s license number, and then I was timed out. The representative at the location ended up sending me a link to finalize my pickup. I need to rent another truck in a few weeks and am strongly considering a competitor due to the app experience. Also, the original pickup location changed about 20 hours before pickup.

Sandra RutledgeIt took us 45 minutes to get into the facility. And that was after we had to drive an additional 45 minutes from our originally scheduled pick-up location.
Kathryn SchutzWith the remote check in option, it was unclear how to access the facility to locate the truck. An associate asked me what I was looking for and pointed me to the vehicle. It took at least 30 minutes trying to get the remote app to allow me to check in - as I had to call the associate a few times, and she was helpful in getting the order through, so I could use the truck. I would definitely not use the automated version, as it would have been more efficient getting the vehicle if I had worked directly with the associate at the front office. Also, after dropping off the truck afterhours, had to leave it at the front as had no access to enter the gate. Furthermore, would not have been able to have gotten to my vehicle parked inside the premises, but fortunately, a customer entering opened the gate. However, when I got my vehicle and tried to leave, I was locked out, so had to call the emergency # where the person was able to remotely open the gate so I could eventually exit.
Israel CruzadoThere were dog nose prints all inside the trucks windshield,who ever drove it last left some twine tied inside the bed liner just small things like these things were overlooked by who ever checks and cleans up the trucks.

Every time I visit a Uhaul location, I have to update my personal information because the system does not save the updates. The information has old addresses, emails, etc. getting really tired of my rental information going to the wrong email address. Please fix this..

Leslie RoyThe checkout process via mobile device was difficult and took almost 30 minutes. It was hard to follow and asked for information I was not aware we would need. I had to walk between the truck and gate several times. Once we received the truck the experience was as expected.

Carly BakerAt this site, the key lockers are before the entrance gate. The web site takes you through the gate, locate the truck, and then pick up the keys. But now you need to go back out of the gates to do this. The work around is to make sure to capture the gate code (as suggested by the software) so you can use it to walk out the exit gate. Then walk to the left side of the entrance gate, and pick up your key. Then use the gate code to walk through the entrance gate and back to your truck. The gate code was on a sticker on the key holder.

TOM MARLOWI had a great experience with the Storage King personnel. I was able to go through the entire rental process from talking to the Storage King employee to getting the trailer connected quickly. Would highly recommend this place.
James JohnsonVehicle was so dirty outside you couldn't see most of the scratches, dents, dings and they expect you to sign off and say yes it's all good? Then you get it home and spray it off and see all kinds of stuff they didn't mark. Glad they didn't try to bill me for anything because I would have taken you to court. Charged me for 2 gallons of gas even though I brought it back where i took it. Bad business model with the way these people talk to you.
