Site was a little hard to find at first, but was very close to the entrance ramp to a major highway which made leaving the site after truck pickup very easy.

Also had an issue were I got stuck in mud and was quoted 500 dollars from your service department to get it out we ended up getting my friends truck to just pull it out. Over all terrible experience 2/10
Gabe EI already talked to U-Haul and sent an email out to Jesse_hoffman@uhaul.com In regards to the truck itself ran fine, it was good for everything we need to move, the gentleman at the pick up center was very courteous. And friendly, and helped us with the things we needed. Upon getting into the truck, I noticed blood splatter all over the doors I informed the intendant that it looked like someone was using IV drugs in the Cab, I’m a medical assistant by trade, and I’ve seen this kind of thing before He came out and wiped the doors down We drove off to the house and started packing up but before we could do that, we noticed blood splatter on all of the seats, the dashboard you name it it was covered in blood particulates. I took video and sent him to Jesse And I am really hoping for compensation I wasn’t due to drop the van off until the 22nd. We dropped it off on the 21st. We clean the van with soap and disinfectant wipes. And it took us several hours to wipe everything down. I’m hoping to be compensated for that Again, I took video so if you need the video, I have it.

thomas bStaff at the store were really busy, but helpful and informative. Some technology challenges but finally resolved. The Trailer was adequately maintained but a couple of the tie down points were not usable, which was a bummer. The trailer was leaking rainwater in multiple locations. I rented a closed trailer to protect the property in it from weather, so I was disappointed to find it didn't do that. It was clear the trailer had been repaired several times to try & address this, so maybe if you need tough weather protection, you should consider other options. Overall it did what I needed, not well but it got done.
Michael HI rented a truck on Saturday and returned it on Sunday. I called Monday morning when they opened to discuss the return of any money due back to me and was told they released the funds back to me. Now it's Tuesday and I've still not received anything in my account.
Vera PThe breaks on the truck sounded and felt like they were about to give out. They had a bad burning smell and awful noise anytime you hit the break or let your foot off the gas. I think this truck is highly unsafe to drive.

Don WI had called this location to ask about renting a 15' hauler truck for 24 hours from a Friday-Saturday and was promptly given a very discourteous notice there were no trucks available until the next business day after I was asking for. Stubborn as I am, after calling around to two other local U-Haul locations and putting in a reservation with one location online, U-Haul called me and had one sent to this location not by my choice. The customer service was bare minimum, the truck had a bit of broken glass in the back of the box, the loading ramp had what appeared to be sheared off aluminum rivets all over it, and there were some minor issues with the emergency brake sticking. Overall, the truck was fine and dandy, super helpful for my wife and I's move into our new home but I'd prefer not to use this location again.

Michael WStoicheffs Auto Parts in Lewistown was fine. I would definitely drop off or rent a Uhaul from them in the future. Easy to work with. Its not a typical corporate facility as it is also a old time auto parts store. It's worth the trip just to look at the memorabilia adorning the walls. The folks from American Pickers would have field day here. Its awesome just to look around. Great place....give them some business

Ronald CI will never ever ever use the app to make a pickup. wanted it because I was on a tight schedule and wanted to get and go. First would not let me choose the pickup location of the reservation. Wasted time trying to straighten that out. Then it uploaded all the photos. Walked to the truck, it wanted all the photos again. Would not upload. Not a reception issue because when it finally asked for more info. Passport, I only carry it when leaving the country. Or someone to call to verify. I was fed up and went back to the counter. Employee was great and tried to complete everything on the computer for me. Then for no reason other than the app is stupid. It gave me the box code and I was able to let an employee move on to his other work. Thirty wasted minutes to top off the reservation experience of having the online truck and pickup location to be confirmed four days before to get a voicemail not asking but telling me the location was changed without my approval. What kind of service is that? All the above reviews were for the local dealer who had nothing to do with the stupid app or responsible for a policy that tells the customer what they will get after a promise that the truck and location reservation were mine. Now that I write this down I hope you will read it but it makes me think I will beg, borrow or steal a truck before using U-Haul again.
Wade WKnow your business associates! I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the corporation!!!! I made my reservations on line, and EVEN got a confirmation email for my pick up and drop off places, and you changed them on me. You made me go out of my way, and that is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Roger SPerson accommodated me when I dropped off the U-haul. Friendly and professional. Asked if we returned the appliance cart or still had. Advised no, person in Burien, WA was going to handle as we only used it the day of and took it back. I was informed the person never 'logged' it back into the system so looked like I still had it. Advised Lewistown location before we left Burien, WA the parking lights did not work and person there was very upset and behaving poorly.
HELEN CThis location was 47miles from where I wanted which caused me to go 94miles over my mile allotment causing me to be billed extra. The location looked like a junkyard and was difficult to get out of. The individual did not even know how to hook a trailer correctly.

CHARLES CGoing into Stoicheffs Auto Parts was like stepping back in time (I loved seeing all of the old license plates and memorabilia on the walls), but my equipment pickup was as smooth and efficient as it could have been. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go, and the moving supplies I had rented were inside it. The service was excellent, and the location was very convenient to 322. I would definitely go to this U-Haul location again.
Michael LSpeed up the time to pick up the rental / improve customer service. The owner struggled to access the information on my rental. He also said he had no record of my buying the mattress cover in advance yet I had it on my confirmation document.
Andrew BYou need to tell your customers ahead of time if the truck they are supposed to pick up is unavailable or the keys are not in the lock box instead of telling them after they have been waiting in the parking lot and on hold with uhaul for 30 minutes. Things like that tend to mess up an entire day and/or make people late for their appointment or work.
