Your website sucks. It would not let me register on line. It kept saying my DL expiration was false. Did the same with my husband's. Also told us no trucks were available at the preferred site so we booked at another and the day before pickup Uhaul called to say truck was not at pickup site but would transfer over to other site which was the one we originally wanted but had none. When I called to confirm the reservation had been changed from a 10 foot truck to a 15! The kind young man at Stevenson's put us in an appropriate sized truck and got us on our way. Stevenson's was great! Uhaul is a mess!

The a/c didn't work at all on a 95 degree day. The check engine light was on when we took the truck and was still on a few hours later when we returned the truck. I informed the agency when we returned the truck. Presume they will check into it.

While this location was great, I do not appreciate the fact that despite having reserved a truck for 6 days ahead of time from Lafayette, no trucks were made available to me from Lafayette even for a 24 hour period. I had to drive all the way to this location, and pay for the miles both ways which seemed very unfair to me. Quite frankly, U-Haul should not be accepting reservations if they don't have anything available.

Don't say the tank is full of gas when customer has to prove it was not. Please fix air conditioning in your trucks.

AC did not work! Long drive on a very hot day to have no AC! Not happy about that. Toward the end of the trip the engine light came on as if the lack of AC wasn't stressful enough. NOT happy!

Make sure the proper rental equipment is present before customers arrival. Equip employees better for switching reservations and giving partial refunds.

It was clean, when I picked it up. Began to have a strong gas smell inside the cab. Called them. They suggested I make sure to tell them at the drop off point I tried to tell the worker at the drop off . He didn't have time for me nor did he want to listen. Just told me to put the key in the drop box

Get rid of the manager who threatens to cancel my reservation because HE was confused thinking I was pulling a truck with a car therefore I am renting a second trailer from another company but the trailer that I did rent from uhaul was fine for the first car I towed out of 2 that needed to be towed.

There was an issue with the reservation system. I had a reservation and had checked in online. Something was wrong with the computer system and it took an hour to clear it up. I ended up cancelling the original reservation and starting a new one, and paying another $6 in cost. What is wrong with your computer system? People at the location were helpful, and trying to fix things.

The cab was really dirty and when I returned the full of gas they tried to charge me $21 for 6 gallons of fuel I when to the store pissed because they ripped me off i will never do business when this company or u-haul for allowing companies to do this to customers

Update it so that you can find the location when people attempt after hours drop off! I had my settings on to share my location and was told Uhaul could not find my location. It's crap that I have to pay an extra $20 because you can't locate me (I had full signal, 4G, and a full battery on my phone)! Make sure you can return the truck during business hours or Uhaul is charging $20! This is not a poor reflection on Ace, their service was great!

The experience in Crawfordsville was good. The person who helped us was great. Our issue was that we originally reserved a truck at a location 45 miles from this location, in West Lafayette, IN and were not notified that UHaul arbitrarily changed our reservation and notified us less than 12 hours from our scheduled pick up. We had movers at 2 locations that had to be rearranged and the man at the UHaul on Sagamore parkway in West Lafayette could have cared less about our dilemma. It was as if he did us a favor finding something within an hour vs. more. We will never reserve a UHaul again now that we know they have the right to change the reservation at the last minute, with little or no regard to the plans people have in place around said reservation. Basically, your reservation does not mean they actually reserve the vehicle requested several days out.

Contract 88143654. The trailer we rented had the back axle not attached and had 2 tires that had knots on them. It shows that no one has Check to makesurethe trailers are road ready.ws had to wait about 2 hrs. To get another trailer was just lucky the axle never broke loose on the other side and flew off and killed someone. I never asked for my money back but I wish I had. Someonehad put a new tire on that axle and they should have noticed the spring wasn't attatched. Next time I will look it over myself since we never did before I left all they did was hooked it up to my truck and said bye.

The truck smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and there was trash in it from I presume the previous user. The staff was friendly and helpful, but for the price of the rental I would have expected more.
