The service was meh. They all seemed confused about how to check me out. The truck was in Horrible condition. The steering wheel was flaking and coming apart, one wiper was streaking, the parking break doesn't work and was stuck under the floor mats.Shaun H.

Why not keep the fuel tanks full? the truck had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and I returned with over 1/2 tank but U-Haul wouldn't reimburse me for the extra gas. At $3.29/gal I took a huge hit. Car rental companies keep their tanks full and their customers do not risk getting ripped off on gas. Take note please.PHILIPPE F.
I dropped off after hours, the day before it was scheduled to be returned. I was charged $20. For this! If I had know I would of just slept in the truck and waited til they opened! I see no inconvenience for anyone but me.Paula H.

Registration was more difficult than I expected. Checked trailer b4 I took off and saw a tv in back of truck someone left. Inside windshield was filthy. There were 3 yellow lights lit up in speedometer on dashboard area for whole trip. I don't know what they were.ERVIN M.
Pickup location was changed with one day's notice. I understand these things happen. However, when Uhaul changes pickup the location, Uhaul should DELIVER the vehicle/equipment; not presume upon its customers (moving is stressful enough).JOE M.

Make sure rentals are in proper working order. I was turning the headlights on when I touched the switch it fell into the dash so it took an hour & a half to repair before I could drive it. If I had no experience with this type of things, I would have been in trouble. I told them when I returned the truck about the problems they just said.. "OK" .. Two of the Air vents for the A.C. were broken so I couldn't direct the Air flow. I have never had this type of experience with Uhaul & I've been renting trucks of & on for over 35yrs.. I'll go to a different Uhaul location next time...DAVID S.

There is nothing wrong with the location per-sey but your system is messed up and does not have them as a 24-hour pickup site even through they are and your scheduling system does. Additionally, I refuted the charges due to this and was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours.....no one ever called. U-Haul needs to live up to their word and refund me $50.Kyle M.

They stated there was 1/4 of a tank of gas and was less of an 1/8 but I was fine with that but before I left I took a photo of the miles and didn't pay much attention to mileages on the contract UNTIL I dropped off and was taking a photo of mileages for what I used and noticed there was 17 miles MORE THAN WHAT WAS STATED ON THE CONTRACT. I contacted Stevenson's Ace the boy told me he needed to talk to his manager and they hung up. I called back and the boy asked for my name and number told me the manager was busy and will contact me ASAP I received NO CALL BACK AND WAS CHARGED the extra 17 miles. Very unprofessional and will NEVER do business with them again!!Diana F.

Staff is very friendly at ACE. I was asked to wear a face mask, and I generally do not as I have had covid already, that was my only negative. It would not stop me from returning after the mask mandate is lifted, until then, I will go to Home Depot. The big corporate stores do not give a darn so, I do not have to explain myself or get yelled at.Jon Y.

The truck is unbelievably loud. I had to yell to communicate with my daughter in the passenger seat. She had planned on doing some business calls on our drive to Denver but that was impossible. Unacceptably loud like a 1950s farm truck! The headlights please, just think they only go 20 feet in front of the truck. Had a Dr off 1080 Mile and no cruise control. That is not a good idea had fatigues your body and makes it hard to maintain a steady speed over a long distance. I will not use this kind of Bedrock for this company because they don't offer cruise control it is unacceptable. The tow dolly had safety chains but they did not have safety Clips to stop them falling off.Had to make my own because one was dragging along the way.... the truck pulled well and drove nicely and did the job. These other problems why I will not use this company for this kind of a move again unless they would change and correct.GRANT G.

The guy that gave me the uhaul told me I would have 100 dollars held plus the 117 then gave me my receipt n it was only 117 they were holding. Couldn't get the right times right on when to bring it back. I don't feel like we should be charged if we bring the uhaul back after they close because we are givin the option to do so when making reservation for it and it says nothing about the fee online. And also there's nothing said on there about them holding the money before. I'm not happy n should be refunded atleast 25$ for poor, clueless service and for being told I would be charged for bringing it back late when I was never told that before I got it.Elicia S.

Your website sucks. It would not let me register on line. It kept saying my DL expiration was false. Did the same with my husband's. Also told us no trucks were available at the preferred site so we booked at another and the day before pickup Uhaul called to say truck was not at pickup site but would transfer over to other site which was the one we originally wanted but had none. When I called to confirm the reservation had been changed from a 10 foot truck to a 15! The kind young man at Stevenson's put us in an appropriate sized truck and got us on our way. The a/c didn't work at all on a 95 degree day. The check engine light was on when we took the truck and was still on a few hours later when we returned the truck. I informed the agency when we returned the truck. Presume they will check into it.Kati K.

While this location was great, I do not appreciate the fact that despite having reserved a truck for 6 days ahead of time from Lafayette, no trucks were made available to me from Lafayette even for a 24 hour period. I had to drive all the way to this location, and pay for the miles both ways which seemed very unfair to me. Quite frankly, U-Haul should not be accepting reservations if they don't have anything available.Piyush J.

Get rid of the manager who threatens to cancel my reservation because HE was confused thinking I was pulling a truck with a car therefore I am renting a second trailer from another company but the trailer that I did rent from uhaul was fine for the first car I towed out of 2 that needed to be towed.rita A.
There was an issue with the reservation system. I had a reservation and had checked in online. Something was wrong with the computer system and it took an hour to clear it up. I ended up cancelling the original reservation and starting a new one, and paying another $6 in cost. What is wrong with your computer system? People at the location were helpful, and trying to fix things.John P.
