Jacob MThe location itself was great uhaul though was not helpful I showed up to pick up my truck and they didn’t have anything reserved for me called uhaul got transferred 3 times then got disconnected no one helped me finally just hung up and had to wait for the business to open for them to help. Waited over an hour. But the man at Steve martins was very helpful glad he was there!

marcy bIt took us over an hour when we came to pick up the uhaul, last time I did that at a different location it only took 15 minutes. So that was beyond aggravating. Then the mileage was off and they tried charging me almost $10 more than what it was. Overall I won’t go back to this location and most definitely won’t recommend it..

Linda WI thought the self check in was great. Then when they found out it was going to be busy when my son was going to pick up his rental, which we had, they called and asked him if he would like to get it from us. Making our process easier and his as well. Very well organized.
Kathy PVery bad experience! U-Haul made reservation and took my credit card to reserve the truck for a 9 a.m. pick-up at this location. We arrived and THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY. Phone customer service was unable to help us check in through the online process. As far as we could tell, the vendor had not set up the keys and equipment for online pickup (the truck was there, sitting in the lot). After an hour and a half on the phone with customer service, they got us into a much smaller truck than we had reserved --and much smaller than we needed, with no dolly or ramp. We had to spend $60 at Home Depot to rent ramps and appliance dolly. Meanwhile our mileage costs almost tripled because the smaller truck necessitated multiple trips. Don't do business with this vendor unless you speak with them personally and confirm that you will have the truck for pick-up as reserved. Do not rely on the reservation on U-Haul's site. And take a picture of the mileage gauge when you drop of the truck so you can prove how full you left it (but that is another story).
Myron KThe rental people were good and the truck was good even though some of the road east of Indianapolis on I-70 was enough to destroy any vehicle. However , just before we headed east I washed the windshield on the truck the spots on the glass that I hoped to clear would not wash off. I don’t now which but it was a little irritating. Fortunately the weather the whole trip was great and we had no trouble. I hope the glass can be repaired.

Mike RA 19.95 rental turned into a 90.00 rental. The process to pick up the vehicle was extremely difficult. The website timed out and unable to get key out of box. Had to call the help desk twice. Just wasn’t a very good experience. The truck was clean on the inside and I was able to do what I needed to do but cost wise will probably never use uhaul again.
Emily HIn the middle of the worst part of town. Wasn’t my original drop off location but the drop off they provided was not adequate for the truck and trailer. There was a shoot out a couple streets away while trying to drop everything off.

Darcy PThe truck had very little gas to get us the estimated 309 miles. I believe he called 3/8 tank between quarter tank and half. We reached Crossville in the allotment of 309 miles but went over driving 25 more miles to return the truck. Several closer places have uhaul trucks. With this drop off location, a closed gas station. The place is off the beaten path. Just out of Cumberland county. We had 20 miles the internet said to put gas in the truck. We left the truck at the closed gas station with less than a quarter tank. We have been charged for 18 gallons of gas and charged $30 to put the gas in. We also went 25 miles over our limit to get to the closed gas station in the middle of nowhere.
