i used the 10' truck for 4 hours and was charged $172. how is that fair or right ?

Scott S.There was nobody representing U-Haul when I dropped off the truck. The person at the counter knew nothing about U-Haul services and he refused even to inspect the condition of the vehicle. Also,, I was charged for an extra day (after my complaint that charge was removed. Another thing, I was charged for returning the vihicle with less gas in the tank than when I had when picking the truck. Through U-Haul website at pick-up time I informed that the level in the fuel was lower and I uploaded the picture to U-Haul website. PLEASE REMOVE THE UNFAIR FUEL SURCHARGE FROM ORDER #:84215641; I DROPPED THE CAR WITH EXACTLY SAME TANK LEVEL.
Sergiy P.It took at least 20 minutes to get the truck, apparently the people that handle it aren't even there so the person behind the counter at the convenience store has to call them and then get a call back, it's kind of a mess. The truck reeked of cigarettes and is seems like it's from the 90s.
Blake J.Interesting fact. The phone number shown for this location is NOT to a business but an unknown person who exclaimed "This is a personal and private number. The gentleman handling the Uhaul business at this location seems well liked by regular customer who come in for corner store items. However, it might serve him well to invest in an actual U-Haul point of sale system instead of doing it all on his personal cell. As a businessman, perhaps this is best suited. Yet it appeared cumbersome.

Keenan G.my pickup location was changed at the last minute, which was not a problem, but there was an issue where I was unable to complete my check-in/ID upload online due to the changed location. When I arrived to the pickup location, it was not clear where I was supposed to be checking in to pick up my truck. The person at the counter at Starbrite was extremely unhelpful, he told me to call U- haul (the phone number U-haul sent me as contact info in my confirmation text was not correct, it was someone's personal cell #). when I finally got ahold of someone w/ U-haul, they told me the person at Starbrite was supposed to be checking me in. After 30 mins on the phone w/ customer service trying to complete the check-in process, we finally got the truck. The person at Starbrite had no idea what they were doing.
