CHIRAGKUMAR PIt is good that there are many trucks at this location, but not all are in new condition. The drop-off is easy, and insurance makes renting worry-free.

Thelma LI reserved 2 furniture dolly's. They were not in the van when I arrived. It made doing the move so much harder and was very inconvenient. I have yet to be acknowledged, let alone reimbursed for the two dolly's.

Brian DThe connection port for hooking up trailer lights was obstructed with a piece of metal. Had to buy needle nose pliers and remove it. The horn did not work. 1,57 in change was found in the seats.

Colleen GThis operation was a Godsend for my move. I had many needs and this business covered all of them: truck, storage, and was very clean, safe, and trustworthy. There was even a moving company across the street so I could find help with my heavier items. Michael was extremely professional and meticulous in walking me through the steps and contracts.
Elizabeth CAs long as I have been renting from u haul I have never experienced this madness. I always have a choice to drop the u haul off at a place of my choice. On this occasion I had 3 reservations and this location was the final location for me to pick up my truck. I knew that I could of course drop the u haul back where I picked it up from but never knew I couldn't drop it off at any location who carried u haul services. I did have a family emergency and had to drop the u haul off at a different location. This process was the most confusing experience I have ever had. I will never rent from U haul again!!!!!!!!!!

Denell PDefiantly load with heavier weight up front of the trailer. Will help the tow be smoother. It does make noise on the 2 inch hitch. Tows nice when loaded correctly.

MARTY SUnfortunately the business was closed on Sunday and I had to use the app to complete my rental and return. I Input all the information requested for the pickup, but instead of completing the process I had to call a number. I was still waiting to be connected when the company called my two backup numbers. I spoke to that person who then passed me along to a second person. The whole process took 45 minutes and delayed my pickup time. The return process was very cumbersome taking pictures and providing information. The bottom line is I will never rent on a Sunday again.
