The $29.95 per day to rent the 6 ft. X 12 ft. Cargo trailer was a good and fair price. The $7 per day X 8 days = $56 to rent a furniture dolly that is just like the polypropylene furniture dolly that Harbour Freight Tools sells for $22 is a crazy high price. And $10 per day X 8 days = $80 to rent 12 furniture pads was also a crazy high price. I should have bought those at Harbor Freight. I am almost certain I was charge $7 for the furniture dolly and $10 for the furniture pads for the whole week - - - not daily when I rented from Uhaul in Utah. Charles Hunt. Improve your app and instructions for using it. Should tell folks they need to download the app. Went to pickup at 7AM and didn't get the truck till 8:30AM trying to get the app to work and get someone to assist. The return was just as glitchy. Already stressed and this whole experience just made me angry and not want to do this again. Two or three other customers gave up and went elsewhereEdward C.

Ensure for easy pick up, make sure vehicles don't have flats, make sure check engine light is on. Compensate if customer fills gas to full when picked up not even a half of tank of gas. Make it so the mileage shows there was no mileage showing. Poor service from employees and a hassle. I Recommend budget .VINCIANAGUYANE R.
Felt the guy helping me made me feel rush. Also he had earbuds in one ear and phone head set on the other ear. Had to repeat my self a few times After I was given truck later I notice gas was not a full tank so I feel i had to put more gas in than the way it was rented to me. Was accused of trying to steal a UHAUL because the employee simply didn't look for the truck or keys. Both were returned when they were supposed to be but apparently the employee was originally going to call the police (his words) because it was â€œmissingâ€. The truck was parked in the SAME spot it was in when we picked it up. The keys were in the slot which is where we were told to put them. This is unacceptable. Hire competent people who use their eyes, it would save so much time and hassle.Samantha B.

The web based check in is absolute garbage. Was hoping to easily check in like any normal rental car, but it was a 45 minute ordeal. Worst issue (above and beyond all the usual check in garbage)- I booked under my cell phone for the phone number and saw the ridiculous requirements for check in verification. I brought my passport, license, and wife (as my witness) as required to be 100% compliant. However the web page wouldn't accept my phone number when checking in, so I entered my wife's so we could continue. That then locked both of our phone numbers out for being used as the witness. The chat responses were extremely slow so I called the help number. They were adamant there was nothing they could do to help and we had to get a new witness with a different # , but couldn't use the people at the pickup location. What a bunch of garbage - who am I supposed to call that early on the weekend to confirm for me? (And how would uhaul have any idea if they actually knew me anyways) I'm very frustrated they couldn't just call my wife who was standing there or the place we were picking it up from. Somehow, some one magically approved it without this after a lot of arguing so we were able to take the truck as we had no other path forward. But we were irate at the whole experience. Given the previous issue we had with Uhaul (they changed the trailer rental days before our move to a trailer I couldn't use, so I had to cancel the whole reservation and find another company at the last minute), we'll never use Uhaul again.Chad F.

Using the website was terrible. I tried to rent from another location and it forced me to pick early morning times but then converted my reservation to after the location opened, hours later. It took almost an hour on hold before someone told me I could never have rented that truck from that location, then switched me to another spot. Terrible.Scott P.

There are no Uhaul employees at the location. The mechanic was friendly and nice and was able to at least get us our rental. But due to no training, he couldn't answer any specific question. He stated that he has told Uhaul multiple times not to allow reservations at this location. A couple days before we had received a call saying our 8:00 reservation wouldn't be available until 10:30, but when we asked the guy why it wasn't ready on time, he stated the truck had been ready for us at 8:00. Also he said there was no drop off location attached to our reservation so we can just drop it off anywhere. We advised him we had one per our reservation confirmation and would drop it off there.TODD B.

I'm very disappointed, I arrived to pick up my truck rental and it took almost and hour to get my truck. The representatives in the office amd the uhaul rep were having â€œtechnical difficultiesâ€ said I may have to go somewhere else for a vehicle when they clearly can view my reservation. I would like to say thank uhaul and the entire staff who assisted me with my rental truck. They were Absolutely Amazing. Every step of the way. Starting with me as a walk in customer, creating a reservation, to the explanation of the estimated charges, to having to make changes to my reservation, and to the pick up process, and most importantly the willingness to just being nice. No hidden charges. They even called the storage unit to let them know that I had mistakenly dropped my storage unit key in the late night drop box. Bravo! Once again they knocked it out of the park. There is easy access to the drop off point and a large, empty space to turn the truck around behind the building. There were several rows to drop off your truck and I had no issue with a 26' truck.FRANK P.
