Uhaul corporate forced me to return the equipment to this location which was nearly 30 mins from my house. I have a location just 8mins from my house but Uhaul stated this location had to many tow dollies there. So Uhaul forced me (with a treat of billing me additional charges if I didn't comply). Uhaul is not customer focused pushing the cost of moving equipment down to the customer. I had to spend an hour of my time and fuel cost to deliver their equipment where they wanted it.Joseph S.

I reserved a pick-up truck a couple of weeks prior to my date. The staff mentioned that my appointment was not in the computer. I do not understand why I had to call customer service to confirm my appointment.EIJI S.
I was told my reservation was .79 per mile but I was charged .99 per mile. Sales / Counter guys need to be more specific & accurate with giving customers the correct info.CLYDE M.
This has nothing to do with the location. Make sure the reservations you make with the customer follow through to the date that were requested. Don't make the customer drive 106 miles to get the equipment that was promised to be 10 miles away.Mark A.

Trailer was in very rough condition. Employee was unsafe and not very friendly. I have rented here a few times. Each time I need to back up to a trailer the employee stands behind my car and in front of the trailer. Each time I have told them to move to the side. They should never stand between a trailer and a backing vehicle.Kevin K.

They were closed on Labor Dayâ€¦left the keys in the drop box, called today (Tuesday) as I was informed to do via several uhaul employees to discuss the issues I experienced while renting this vehicle and was advised a district manager would call me back shortly..I have yet to receive a call back. The young man that helped me when I picked the truck up was very knowledgeable and kind. His customer service skills were exceptional and he was extremely personable. He is the type of employee you try to keep. I didn't need the truck for long, but it seemed well maintained. It fulfilled my purposes for needing it. I'd rent from this particular location again for the ease of the process and the outstanding service.Tobi Q.
The U-Haul agent at this location wouldn't let me see the truck until I signed the form, he told me to come back if I have issues. I told him the gas gage isn't showing what you had me signed. He came out and told me it's correct. The gas gage was not showing 3/4 but I made sure to bring it back showing that. Worst place to ever do business at. I will never rent from this location and if U-Haul continues to use this business I might have to cut ties with your company as well. I love U-Haul if I was able to just use the app and not In person people lying about a gas GageFelix D.

Improve the remote pick up service. I waited in the rain while they tried to verify the contacts I entered. I didn't know that was going to be part of the process so I didn't have people ready for phone calls at 7am on a Saturday. I also don't carry my passport or my lease agreement around with me so those options were out.Timothy B.

I drove 11 miles, barely used any gas but filled up the tank with 2 gallons to return it at the same gas level it was when I picked it up. To my surprise, I received my final bill charging me $18 for 4 gallons of gas. Mathematically, I don't know how this is possible seeing that I only drove the Truck 11 miles. I emailed the email address listed on my bill and it came undeliverable, so I just let it go. The 18 bucks isn't a big deal, but it's the principle that there's no way I used 4 gallons, driving 11 miles. Not to mention, I put 2 gallons in to ensure I returned it with the same gas level or more.MARK J.

No instructions for self service were left. The app asks for many detailed photos which were not instructed at drop off. The self drop off was a huge inconvenience that I ended up having to go back to site to check in and was on hold for over 45min to speak to a representative. Overall terrible experience.DIEGO L.
