Could not have been any easier both on the check out side and return side. Love the online return with leaving a couple pictures and answering a couple questions. Very efficient. Thanks! JRF

Christine S.When I originally checked in to rent the truck, there was some sort of error to where I didn't receive a receipt at time of rental. After returning the truck, I was billed for 129 miles of driving although my two locations were just 7 miles apart and I made 3 trips total. I was then told that they couldn't do anything about it and I need to follow up with corporate UHaul.

John B.This was not my original location. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the original location had not set up the truck for mobile check in. I had to call customer service and have the location changed. While I got my truck, it was an hour delay. I appreciate your reply for walking us through the fix, but it was overall frustrating to have this happen.

JENNIFER C.I asked them to check my gas when I dropped off the truck. They hopped in the truck and said they would check in the back. I did put in two gallons of gas before returning the truck but my final bill I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. I reached out to the office and left a message but no reply. I just think the gas thing is a racket. I used the scale on the paperwork when I refilled it. I feel like they ripped me off.

I called to schedule picking it at one place that they told me had 24/7 pick up, then the next Day I got a call and they asked me to pick up somewhere else since the first location didn't actually have 24/7 pickup(not sure why they told me it did). I agreed and then when I got there that night that hadn't changed my reservation location online so There was no button to pick up the truck. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes late at night in the dark so after a while I went and tried to manually change it but it said the location they told me to go to on the phone didn't have my truck available. So then I had to change it to a third location myself and go pick it up there. So the customer service was no helpful to me at all
Sydney B.Other than the size we reserved being unavailable- our experience was very good. That little hiccup could have been disappointing if we had not also had a pickup truck. The personnel were very friendly and the vehicle ran great!
Julie E.I refilled the gas to the same level it was given. I drove 20 miles total. I put 2.5 gallons into the truck. That's 8MPG. I was charged $51 for low gas. I call to ask why I was charged a ridiculous fee. They tell me they have pictures and to call an 1800 number who I have been on hold with all morning. Horrible experience.

Godova B.U-haul online reservation difficult - had to do it twice from the house. When I arrived, I was asked to do the reservation again, but the location did find it and there were more questions asked in addition to the reservation. But, the u-haul experience was good.
