The place was closed when I returned the truck and the return process was very difficult.
Rodney SLocation was unorganized, the van was supposed to have been involved in some police accident or something and the location charged me insurance after I had registered the van using my own insurance.
Brandon DBrenda (last name McFadden, I think) was amiable, attentive, and very helpful. The late-night drop-off process was easy thanks to the detailed instructions on the smartphone app.

DAVID SPersonnel needs to be more more aware of their fleet availability. Dropped off borrowed truck at this location after ~4 hours of use on the same day. This was done in one of the few parking spots and was only the 3rd truck in lot. They didn’t sign it in until 2 days later thus charging me an extra $60 for their negligence. Called to fix situation and continued to get the run around.

Peter MI had a horrible experience I was not read my contract I was just giving keys and there was no Communication and I asked a lot of questions and the person who handled me didn't know U-Haul policy and your rules your contract none of these things were explain to me my credit card was charged without my knowledge multiple times I had to lock my card because U-Haul was charging my card random prices. I will never do business at the location that made my reservation and at the location that I picked my reservation up neither one of the locations explain to me anything and they just did what they wanted to do instead of asking and making sure that their customer was satisfied I understood everything but the same as if you guys hire people who don't know anything about your company and take it a pond their self to do as they feel.

MARIAN LI came in with my mother and we had no idea what we needed. There was a man and a woman working in the store and they were so friendly and informative. They physics showed us the unit we needed based on us telling them the items we had. I would definitely recommend this specific location. They were awesome!

Muncie YThe truck was easy to pick up even during after hours. I don't actually think the previous users swept out the back, but that's no big deal. My problem is that I bought 6 furniture pads and they weren't in the truck. I really didn't have time to go all the way back to get them or deal with it during their open hours (I picked up the truck before they were open). It isn't so much about the money spent, but rather the inconvenience.

Alena OPick up was 9am the worker didnt show up till 9:20 the door had signs like dont ring the doorbell and only an emergency number so for 20 mins we didn't know what was going on and the worker never apologized for being tardy just was having her best day singing to herself and acting like everything was great
Christina CSteve was on break until 2pm and when he came back at2 he would not open the door until I rand the door bell. He then proceeded to tell me he could not help me because I chose the 24/7 share option, but he said it worked somehow. Then he proceeded to speak in a rude tone with potential customers behind me.
Lucretia MEquipment I ordered was not in the truck and I was given the wrong code and lockbox for the keys. I had to wait for customer service to answer my phone call going into my allotted time with the truck. Also, I contested the charges two separate ways hoping to get the money for the equipment back since I was not provided the equipment. U-Haul has not gotten back to me about this issue, but has gotten to me in regards to "rating" my experience. Well, here you go. Would not recommend.

Wayne FThe box that I was told to put the key in did not work with the code I was given. The worker inside told me to put key in the orange box. I would recommend just sending the user to return key in orange box instead of doing the other ones.

Elizabeth WThe gentlemen seemed irritated I brought the truck to this location. He stated they didn’t have parking for trucks outside that locations fleet. He admitted I wouldn’t have known this when selecting a drop off but I felt like I’d done something wrong. I suggested he take his location off as a drop off for one way trips.

Jazmine WWhen we took the truck back the man behind the counter said he was going to scold me because I didn’t call and tell them I was keeping it another day but I did twice I uhaul told me the place would call me back but they didn’t. Then he said the storage place is where they make the money. Seem to be bothered by the truck rental part. Last but not least he won’t go out to check truck with me. Said he would later and email me but he charged me for fuel and said it was on e but it wasn’t. I have a picture and video.
Tracy MWhen I arrived the truck I was assigned had a bunch of motor oil in the floor of the truck. The manager said he couldn’t rent me the truck in that condition and was nice enough to offer me a different rental.
David MI send an email to customer service with details. This was an unbelievably bad experience and I will not be using uhaul again.
Glenn PThe inside of the cargo area of the truck was wet and muddy. The passenger area of the truck also had mud in it, along with some trash. We had to clean the cargo area before putting anything inside, which was a real pain.
Ann Jhad to wait 30 minutes to get key. the uhaul barely had a quarter tank of gas in it.
zachary aEmployee was extremely rude I was charged twice she called being very rude when I first got there to rent a truck she never wiped anything in the vechicle not at all I went over my rental time she called me and said where's my truck being rude I will never rent from this location I would never recommend this location I still haven't received a detailed copy of my bill or receipt I need someone to call me back immediately
RAKELL HThe online check in does not work good. Too many steps to do. Not everyone has a cell phone also. No body working in the office to help you check in. What if you don't have a cell phone. Very poor service at this location
Evette RClean up the trucks inside and out. Sweep out and mop cargo area. Disinfect the passenger area to keep germs and viruses from spreading. Make sure other customers clean their trash and personal items out.
Beverly MI had the worse encounter with the store manager. She was extremely rude.. she cussed at me asking me if I could read the handwritten note on the door. I can't believe someone hired her. She need to be fired asap.. I reported her.
Alisa GThe truck I had initially reserved for my move had a flat tire when I arrived at the location to pick it up. The employee at Spring Grove Self Storage was extremely helpful and was able to arrange a new truck for my move. I would certainly go here again!

Melvina CThe man working the front desk was nice and friendly. The truck was trash. The cab was dirty wth crumbs and dash was sticky. The back was dirty with debris. I didn't know the back was so gross until i arrived at the place to pick up my new furniture and had no choice but to put it in there since i don't carry a broom around with me. Cost 75$ for the 2 hour i had the truck. I think at the very least, during a pandemic, it should be clean

Monica MThe app and self checkin is a disaster. I had to wait in the rain for 15 mins before my checkin was approved. The app doesn't approve pictures, no matter what angle it is. All of the process could have been completed before hand, but there was no intimation. Terrible terrible experience.

Julie bOnly downfall was the location was on a busy street. Spring grove blvd. I was a little nervous getting in and out of the truck. Small space. Office staff very helpful.
