Got there to pick up my 26' truck, 40 blankets and 2 handyrucks. Truck was there but no blanks or handtrucks. You've got to freakin' be kidding me. Why are you so confused about what a â€œreservation â€œ means? Look it up, you are supposed â€œreserveâ€ equipment for someone. To the agent's credit he did go out and find blankets and hand trucks and brought them to me, but it does not excuse Uhaul for horrible business practice. Also the truck was filthy, someone had broken glass, a lot of it, on the truck ramp and left it for me to sweep and clean.. I cleaned the truck and folded the 52 blankets and when dropping the truck of the agent told me to drop the keys on the desk - that's it, no hello, goodbye, kiss my ass, nothing. I'll never use Uhaul again and I'm sure you don't give a f**k.Kevin G.
Nicest people and very informative as to the directions of utilizing the car hauler. Best part of this rental experience is meeting their dog, Harley! Very good rental experience and nicest people running it. Couldn't ask for anything better!Don B.
I think this guy is renting the trailers for cash and not documenting it. This is what I got from him when he told me I couldn't have the trailer that was on my order because he had rented it for cash that day.Tim F.
The truck was dirty and sticky on the inside. The truck acted and sounded like it was about to fall apart. Also I was charged twice and more than the amount that I was sent a receipt for.Tyler C.

The inside of the truck floorboard was dirty and the window was down and it had rained and the dirt was mud on the passengers side and the door handle was full of water.BRUCE C.
There was cigarette ash all in the cab and it reeked of smoke. I informed the gentleman at the desk and he said he couldn't smell anything his nose didn't work. But I didn't like moving my stuff that picked up the odor but what other choice did I have.MELODY M.

When you make a reservation 10 days in advance you don't expect a phone call the day prior saying â€œwe don't have a truck for you, can you change your move date.â€ I don't understand the purpose of the reservation. They did find me a truck 32 miles away. I just don't think that is good business.JOSHUA R.

Was charged an extra day for being a little late (less than an hour) due to traffic. No one was even at location when returned. Truck was returned with a lot more fuel than required. This charge was unnecessary.Timothy B.

Attempted to get a car dolly at a local location but had to drive 40 miles to pick up the item, then drive 40 miles to return it. I had no success in getting U Haul to help me with this.KENNETH A.

I am extremely high risk for Covid-19. I reserved this truck with the understanding it would be contactless pick-up. I gave my credit card info online and purchased insurance. When I arrived at the location no truck was assigned for me. My wife had to go into a filthy office and redo all of my work with a man who refused to wear a mask in direct contradiction to local and state regulations stating that he "did not believe in that Covid stuff." He also seemed proud of the fact that a woman who had visited yesterday sat in another room rather than the office because it was so dirty. We also were not provided the insurance we thought we had purchased (we were not charged for it). This location is a horrible representation of U-Haul and should be closed. It is a danger for customers during a Pandemic.Erskine W.

The place was in an easily accessible location, owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Only issue we experienced was related to the gas...tank was just over 1/2 a tank when we picked it up, the owner said to make sure when dropping it off to make sure it had the same amount...which we did, however the drop off location did not accept that...we had to fill the tank.Katrina D.

The trailer I rented leaked water. Two of the hand painted cooler stands I was transporting got water on them from front drivers side and ruined the painting. I have rented approximately 7 uhaul s in the past year and was disappointed in the work I had to redo to make these items sellable.Philip P.
