Charged me an extra $50 for gas when I stopped and put gas in it to the spot I was told before dropping it off.

BRENDA SThe location was run down. There was no one available on-site at any time to help or answer questions. I called and left messages on voicemail three days in a row and NOONE ever called me back. There were cars parked in front of the U-Haul when it was time for us to pull out of the driveway and we were ignored when we asked for someone to move them. The check out mobile process took about 30 minutes and was ridiculous. The app on my husband’s phone (for scanning his license) wouldn’t load at all until we got home. Nothing was easy to follow and I even had to get on the phone with customer service in order to figure out how to use the I line check out system. Most of all, this location was terrible and I will never use them or recommend them.

Robert BMake this location does more than the bare minimum for you customers. The truck was clean but it was raining and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. The battery died and had to be jumped by a tow truck. It also ran terribly. Not very good engine maintenance

Carl RGet more moving blankets. I pre-ordered a dozen but this location had none. I had to go to a second location to pick up blankets and they only had 5. This seems to be a common problem at many locations.

Charles MThe truck had a bad battery that died everytime I turned the truck off. Had to find people to jump it off everytime. The air conditioner barely worked. The place where I rented the truck was legitimately scary! Smelled like smoke, and junk everywhere.

Dudley PTrailer has/neds to be rewired. Wires crossed wasnt able to make it home on time bc of roadside work. You name it, it happen. To top it off, I asked for a refund. Haven't received a call YET.

Erica Hyou advertise the truck being $20 to rent and use but charge extra fees not explained in the beginning. it's very misleading and when returned the vehicle i find out it's double the price of what i paid initially to rent the truck. $50 for gas when i only used half a quarter of a tank when i could've taken it and filled it up myself for $50. unbelievable that none of this was mentioned before picking the truck up or while i was using the truck. i will never be using uhaul services again and will be taking my business and money elsewhere.

Danyell HI have used only for 22miles and I have filled file while returning again on the top she filled the fuel put the service charge 30$ + 4 gallon fuel.

Keldrick WI specifically stated that I did not need the additional insurance coverage. However, I saw on the receipt vis email after the truck was returned that I was charged $14 for safe move. Theft! Stole $14 from me.
