The people were nice, the truck drove like it was something wrong with it and I got charged an extra $43 and I have yet to receive a receipt to find out what the additional charge was for. The rental process was easy so I would refer someone again but as far as the pricing unless I know what I am being charged for then I feel as if I have been over charged.Shaquita C.

I was overcharged for my rental. I had it for 4 days to the tune of 400 dollars so their advertising prices are in correct. I ordered equipment with my rental that wasn't on the truck. Customer service kept placing me on hold and hung up everytime. Not one tried to call me back instead I had to go through the waiting process all over again. I paid for moving help which were good and prompt but I lost over a hour of my paid time because of the equipment not being available. I was sent to two different locations which neither had the equipment as well. Not to mention I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8am and didn't get it until 930am. The individual at the location was rude and Uhaul offered no help in this matter. I was told that I would be refunded but was still charged for items I never received. I will go elsewhere next time. I don't have any comments for improvement on the customer service or the vehicle rentedâ€¦..everything was Perfect!!!! The store rep had a great sense of humor, knowledgeable and informative. Check-in and Check-out experience was flawless. Highly recommend this location. The online photos (driver's license front and back) wouldn't load so your IT team need to fix. My connectivity was great and I attempted to upload the photos via several browsers.Anthony H.

The whole process was dreadful. I wasn't able to get my rental at the scheduled time because someone hadn't returned the truck I was meant to use. I didn't receive any notice of this and only found out after waiting to talk to customer service for over an hour. 3 hours after my original scheduled time, I finally got to use a different truck at this location which wasn't my original one and was a little more out of my way. My original reservation was for a different location with and after hours pickup. When I got there at 630 am my account told me I would have to come back at 900am when they opened. Upon calling customer service I was told that the truck I had reserved wasn't even available reason being any number of things could have happened, such as since I reserved it online someone might have been given the truck who happened to walk into the store??? I was eventually able to secure the truck at the South Cobb store albeit without an appliance dolly that I had reserved with my original order that made moving dryer and washer considerably more challenging. This was my first bad experience with u haul, hopefully my last as it made the move much more stressful than it needed to be. I will say that the many people I talked to thru out the confusion were very polite and apologetic.Mark M.

This location is running a scam. They give you a contract showing full tank of gas. When you get in the truck it will be half a tank. I returned the truck full and they are trying to charge me for showing up with half a tank. They were supposed to be open until 5 PM and when I showed up at 3 PM they were closed. The staff person was 15 minutes late opening the location. I had a 9:00 scheduled pick up time and I had people waiting on me to get back with the truck to get started moving. Her late arrival delayed my start time. Also I had rented 12 furniture blankets with the truck rental which I was depending on and didn't know until I got to the location that they only had 2. According to her, her inventory stated that she didn't have the blankets, so per her, this was an error on the part of Uhaul for allowing me to reserve the blankets for rental online. It was a very frustrating start to a very busy and important day.Judy C.

Made Reservation 2 weeks in advance. Moving to another state. Arrived on time. NO carport for my vehicle. Representative had to find one at another location way out of the way. When we dropped off the truck we left a note on a copy of our invoice asking the location to call us to discuss an overcharge at the pickup time.
