Our experience was really good overall. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. We actually had extra furniture pads left in the truck beyond what we had asked for. This wasn't a problem, but it was clear they hadn't checked it very carefully.Daniel H.

Get rid of the governor on the vehicle. I understand that the vehicle is loaded but with the speed limits at or above the governor settings it puts the driver in some unsafe situations. The other perk that would have been nice would be a cruise control in the truck, made the 1000 mi.+ trip kind of long.Abel N.

Read the return reviews before issuing the receipt and charging the client. I don't like repeating my problems three times and still not getting the necessary help. I reported the problem with the gas gauge not being on full before taking the truck, reported the problem on my review submission and now I have to report it again via email after receiving the charge that was wrongfully placed upon meKYLE H.

The Uhaul website was extremely frustrating and did not work right. For example, when I started placing an order while I was already logged in, the checkout page would not let me proceed because it said I needed to enter my billing address & info, but there was nowhere to enter it. I had to log out, start over, then log in after filling my billing info out. The location and truck itself were great.Olivia Z.

The location wasn't the problem. It was you goddamn service!! My license was expired, so I had my roommate enter her information so she could drive it and I was put on fraud alert and had to wait 3 FUCKING HOURS until Sojo Self Storage opened so they could verify my identity. I explained the situation to the person reviewing my info on the chat in the Uhaul app, but this still happened and we ended up missing our move out crew costing us $200 that we paid in labor because we couldn't pick up the truck in time.Rachel W.

The truck hadn't been cleaned out since the last person used it. I found out when I got to my location that the dolly was missing and all the moving blankets were out in the back of the truck. The truck was also pretty dirty and needed to be swept out. The steering wheel needed an alignment too, you had to have the wheel turned about 15 degrees to the left to drive straight.Alison M.
Poor customer service or people's skills. The representative named Justin, was being totally rude and did not the the reservation check out when it was already done by mobil but the transaction had a glitch. Well, instead of calling customer service, he said get out of the office he was closing. I called myself while he was pushing me out the door and the representative on the phone took care of the problem, and I handed the phone to Justin as he was leaving. The representative said, "You can help this customer, I fixed the problem." Justin said, "Oh well, she can do mobil app because I am leaving." So what could of been a 5 minute transaction the representative on the phone stayed with me for about 2 hours to finally check uhaul out on my mobil. Uhaul is great but they should consider taking away from this location whom does not represent well.Lynette T.
Uhaul needs to improve their systems to avoid the problem that I had. I used my master card to pay for the reservation and at that time I was told that I would have to pay an additional $100.00 deposit due to the type of card I used and I had to pay it in cash because their system wouldn't process the deposit in any other way. I was then informed I would receive my deposit back in cash when I dropped it off and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded to my account rather than in cash like I was toldErnest A.

I have no complaints about this location. Justin ended up saving the day when the second reservation I made with a Uhaul representative over the phone was for a closed location. WHAT A JOKE!!! Your business is a joke if your people can't even schedule a uhaul pick up at an open location!!!! What's even worse is I had to reschedule over the phone because the first idiot scheduled me for a truck in West Valley. That's over 20 MILES AWAY from my location!!!! Your call centers are obviously not well trained to do their jobs. I had to drive to two different locations today due to their mistakes. I will NEVER be doing business with your company again and I intend to spread the word about how atrocious your customer service is.Matthew B.
