The U-Haul smelled like cat pee. I drove for three days and multiple attempts to clean did not eliminate the smell.

Nothing service was beautiful. Picked it up and rented for 2 days thought I needed it longer. Didn't have a problem extending it. But thankfully I got to return it on time!! Great customer service! Thank you!!!

Store hours different at store than on website (I would have picked up truck earlier if I'd known they were open); sign on door said masks required (COVID) but employee had no mask; truck odometer reading was 70 miles off (not in my favor; employee corrected records so final charge was correct). I was redirected to this location after reserving a truck at a different location - online records of my reservation did not show the redirection so I called location the day before to confirm the truck would be there. Maybe the redirection is cause for the inaccurate odometer reading.

Gas gage was stated as being at full, but was an 8th of tank less than that. I had to return it full, as stated by the front counter employee. Mileage was also off by 2 miles. I will be posting this on Yelp and other sites. This BS cost me $25+.

The staff there was very good and accommodating, since they were put in a tough spot by UHaul. I reserved so I could pick up at 9am using my phone app. The confirmation email said 9am pick up confirmed, then on the day of pickup, the app said 10am. I had a crew scheduled to help us move. Then when I dropped the truck off after hours, the app would not accept the picture of the Mileage. It would not continue the check out.. so I was just forced to leave the truck. The app is not a good selling tool. Second time I have used it and second time it has not worked properly. I am giving a poor review.

The cab of truck was littered with trash. Upon getting to my destination and opening the cargo area. It had dirt, candy wrappers, pens and tacks all over. The messiest uhaul I have ever rented.

Check windshield wipers and make sure they work. It started raining after I took the truck, turned on wipers and one fell off cause a bracket clip was missing.

I reserved the truck in Everett , now I have to pay for more gas.

The only downfall was the fuel level. Though when we picked the truck up the needle was at the F line, when we went to fill up prior to returning the truck it needed 12 gallons after having only traveled 74 miles. When taking the return photo I noticed the fuel line was beyond the F line. A bit disappointing to need to top off fuel that we didn't use, but otherwise overall a positive experience.

This comment is reserved for U-Haul. The initial reservation was for Bellingham WA. I was called Thursday afternoon I received a call that I would have to pick up in Marysville WA, over an hour away. Too late to find an alternative trailer I was forced to accept. This was inconvenient.

I was overbilled for 20 miles at 1.39 per mile. The odometer read 858 when I picked it up but was charged at starting 838. The inside of the moving area was covered in dirt.

Although my response is to this particular location, my experience with UHAUL was a nightmare. I made a reservation for a 26" truck 3 weeks prior to my pick up Friday pick up date. I then called on Monday week of to confirm a 26" truck. I was confirmed and assured that a 26" truck was reserved and confirmed. Then on Thursday of that week, I was called and told that there were no 26" trucks available and would a 10" or 15" truck work. Are you kidding me, move a 4 bedroom house with a 10' or 15" truck. I told the lady that called me that that was unacceptable. She needed to do something. I will say that she was very cordial and professional during this ordeal. She was able to find me a 20" truck at a different location. Did reduce the price, but it still cost me extra time and money to make my move as I had contracted with a movers helping company, not to mention the added stress. We had to make extra trips, added time to get the same results as if we would have had the 26' truck. I have rented from UHAUL before with great success. This one was the move from, well you get the point. Very dissatisfied with UHAUL>

Staff very helpful. They arranged for me to drop the truck and tow dolly at their location. This location is also the storage facility that I rented which is only a mile from my new apartment. I could easily walk back to my new apt. U-haul actually wanted me to drive to a return location about 15 miles from my apartment.

We turned it in at meridian Street, Bellingham after hours but don't know if it is confirmed returned because we have no email from then confirming our return and the originating site printer was out of ink so we don't know the booking number. The brakes were bad was charged a fee for gas and after hours and gas was where it was when we picked up and we picked up at 415pm and dropped off at 415pm so there was no after hours and charged $23.75 for gas when I shouldn't have been then told to call you guys if we had issue with charges will not go back there to rent u-hauls .

I did a pre-trip around the truck before I left the premises! Everything appeared to be good as I checked all the lights and turn signals! However usually when I rent Vehicles they have a full tank of fuel and I wanted to get to my destination as soon as possible but this vehicle had a 3/4 tank and I had to stop to get fuel going to my destination which was an inconvenience to me that took more time and was displeased that the tank wasn't completely full before I left the premises! Furthermore when I was driving back the driver's door wasn't completely shut after it had a problem with the seal as I was returning and it was raining and water was coming in through the driver's door and I had to pull over and shut the door harder to make it completely shut as I believe the door may have been defective with the seal! The comfort with this rental truck was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and I felt cramped while driving there was no leg room in the floor area while driving no convenience for power windows as the plastic inner piece fell off several time while I was rotating the plastic window handle up and down as I had to snap it back in several times! No cruise control which is convenient while driving long distances! This was a very uncomfortable basic truck as I would never rent this truck again and was not pleased having the truck full of fuel when renting it?

Make sure you you have a truck for your customer when you say you will. Most terrible truck rental ever. I would never recommend uhaul. Terrible customer service and expensive. I made my reservation 4 times and you guys still messed it up and completely made my move harder and longer. Had people ready to help me move but no truck.

The customer service was excellent as they were willing to help us out by opening earlier than normal and then getting a substitute truck when the reserved truck wasn't returned by the previous renter. The only suggestion would be for Uhaul as a rule make sure that if certain equipment is reserved that it be available. I had reserved both a hand truck and a furniture dolly. Neither was available, but I made do without.
