Kimberly TWe did have to borrow a broom from the local office to do a little last minute sprucing up of the inside of the trailer. The also did have what we needed. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. There was some questions about what we were billed for the one day rental...that was easily resolved to our satisfaction.

Ruby MThere was no support staff available to assist me with attaching and detaching the rental trailer. This was a very unpleasant experience. If all Uhaul centers do not offer assistance with these types of rentals I will not rent from them ever again. An improvement would be to require your rental sites to offer some type of customer assistance with trailer hookups.

hubert wI received a text saying to pick the trailer up in Princeville, but upon arrival there was no one there. After a phone call I was instructed to go to Tarboro. Upon my arrival there there wasn't anybody to hook up the trailer. I paid one of their customers $20 to hook it up for me. Not very satisfied with the service.

CLARENCE SYou could start by having the truck we rented and paid for. Unacceptable!!! Once the store opened and the clerk saw that the truck wasn’t there she should have immediately started making some calls. We ended up with a truck way too large for our needs dead on empty when we got in it. It got our whole day off schedule.

james rThe cargo area had leaves and other debris. The reservation was for a 2-day rental with 225 miles included; the day before the rental, received a phone call that we had to pick a truck up at a location 30miles away; at pickup, the U-Haul representative changed the rental into a 1-day with only 30 miles! I'm waiting for the U-Haul investigation to complete, but right now I've been charged DOUBLE the amount that I should have paid.
Michael BSame issue here; your software is terrible to navigate...Smokers Den was very nice, helpful and friendly....I would go there to rent....
